Perfect Road to Hanna - We had the best trip with Spencer on our private road to Hanna excursion. The accommodations and itinerary were perfect. We were able to see areas that were not as populated with other tourists and made adjustments along the way for the time and things we wanted to do. I can't recommend this tour enough!

Best trip everrrrr!!!!! - Spencer was literally the best!!! He made our trip even greater than we could ever imagine. It was our first time in hawaii and he was very knowledgeable about the good spots with food, waterfalls, views. Also with plant life as well. Absolutely amazing anything we could have to make our trip better spencer provided for us. Give this man a raise.

Memories of Maui - Everything thing was perfectly timed, Scott was extremely knowledgeable in the Hawaiian history, culture, present day life on Maui. He pointed out unique characteristics of the flora. He was sensitive to our desires as to customize our experience. The sunset view from above the clouds is a once in a lifetime experience. This trip far exceeded our expectations.

First Class Experience and Service - The entire experience, from booking the tour to the drop-off at the end of the day was outstanding. We booked this on our own during our first day stop on the Pride of America cruise. Emails, phone calls and texts were immediately answered when we had any questions during booking and arranging for pickup.
John was our guide for the day and arrived in an immaculate and large new SUV that made the trip very comfortable and safe. He had a thorough knowledge of the island and catered the day to the things that interested us most such as wildlife, plants, and scenic beaches. The road to Hana was great but the journey from Hana to the sunset at the crater was just as interesting and scenic. John offered great information during the day about the plants, animals, geography, and history about the area.
On the trip we saw green sea turtles, black sand beaches, a red sand beach, dozens of waterfalls, wild goats, and many interesting plants and trees. The crater at the end of the day was spectacular and we could have easily spent several hours there admiring the views.
I highly recommend this private tour to get the best individualized experience that caters to your interests and physical abilities.

Best tour guides with great local knowledge - We had a great time. Even when one of us couldn't quite handle the Road to Hana, the team of drivers for our group were super accommodating. They gave us great descriptions of the area. Most important, they loved our guide dogs and had no issues taking them on the tour. They customized our time to whatever we wanted to do. If we wanted to spend more time somewhere, they made space for it. From tasting botanicals we'd foraged to visiting a local chocolate shop, it was great.

Great Family Adventure - We had an awesome adventure touring the island with Experience Hawaii Tours. We were a family of 15 ranging from children to grandparents. John, Caitlin and Spencer were our guides for the day. They did an excellent job recommending which sites to see and what to skip. They accommodated for everyone's needs. We were able to see turtles on the beach, surfers, a black sand beach, rainbow eucalyptus trees, swim in a waterfall and had a delicious pizza lunch. The guides were very knowledgeable and pointed out many interesting sites along the way. They got us up to Haleakala to see the amazing sunset. We would not have wanted to drive the Road to Hana on our own. The driver would have missed all the sites by keeping their eyes on the road. The guides were amazing drivers as well as photographers for many great family shots. Thank you John, Spencer and Caitlin!

The best way to experience Maui - This tour was the absolute highlight of our trip!! My friends and I had a wonderful time and our guide was so knowledgeable about the island. Even now that we are back home, we all still talk about this tour, it was the best thing we did on our vacation. I can’t recommend it enough!

Best way to see Hana & Haleakala! - Breathtaking views, luxury vehicle accommodation & super knowledgeable guides made this such an incredible tour! Mike showed us the best of what each route had to offer, and was endlessly energetic & kind throughout the tour.

Not exactly as advertised - Malia, our tour guide was wonderful but I’m not sure Mikey, the owner, communicated appropriately. Pickup was supposed to be the cruise port but we got a text message saying we needed to walk to the bakery 10 minutes away as the tour company can’t pickup at the cruise port. We didn’t see twin falls either as Malia said we would need to pay extra and wasn’t worth it - even though it’s supposed to be included in the price. Same thing with the gardens.
Malia did take us to some local waterfalls and swam with us which I thought was great. She did a chant for us which was amazing and something I’m not sure you would get without a private local tour. Malia had tons of great stories about Hawaiian culture and history.
The road to Hana and the crater sunset make for a long day but there are some great sites and it was nice to have a driver. Malia did drop us at the cruise port after we mentioned the bakery walk was a bit sketchy. The cruise port pickup and drop off were one of the reasons I picked this tour so that drop off discussion was a bit confusing.
