• A security deposit of $500 per bike will be authorized on your credit card at store pick-up. Funds will only be collected in the event of damage or theft.
• Riders or any other individuals are not permitted to ride the operator’s bike.
• The operator certifies having the necessary skills to operate a bicycle or electric bike.
• It is understood that Hawaii state law requires all electric bike riders to be 15 years or older.
• The operator agrees to ride only on paved surfaces designated for bike use. NO RIDING ON SAND or UNPAVED SURFACES. Taking bikes out of the approved usage zone (as outlined on the website maps) is dangerous and will result in a significant fine. Violators will incur an immediate $500 penalty.
• This authorization will be used if damage or loss occurs. The customer is responsible for the full value of the bike and will be charged again if the cost exceeds the security deposit amount.
