3 days tour on my own ship - Excellent trip and hotel, amazing creatures both the whales and the dolphins. Splendid beaches, nice entertainment. We will go again next year.

Up Close and Personal with WHALES! - Up close and Personal with Whales! This is a great company. They are safety oriented (they cancelled our original day due to high winds, I think many outfitters would have tried to go out on that day to "take the money" Maui Ocean sports did not, in fact the owner called us the evening before after checking weather forecasts to reschedule). Our guide (Ryan) was very knowledgeable and wanted to assure a fun trip with numerous whale spottings. There is no guarantee when you go on a whale watch that you will see whales, but we saw a bunch and learned a lot about the whales, their migration, birthing, and the local sea life and bathometry. This is a good outfitter - would encourage you to do business with them.

Amazing Experience - I highly recommend this kayak experience with Maui Ocean Sports. Being out on open ocean alone was a pleasant time. Our guide, Ryan, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and nice. He made an already great experience even better. Don't hesitate to book with them.

Saw lots of whales!! - Mark was our guide and he navigated us way out so that we had the best opportunity to see whales.....and whales we saw! We had quite a few come within 100ft of our kayak! He was great in that he waited as long as we wanted to hold out for more whale sightings. On our way back in we went snorkling with the turtles and saw quite a few and we were lucky enough to have the resident monk seal visit us for a bit! Very enjoyable experience!

Great Time - Had a great time. The whales didn't show, but that is not our guide's fault. He kept us entertained and informed. And brought us to a great spot to swim with about 10 turtles.

Way better than a whale watching cruise! - Our whale watching excursion was great! While the whales were starting to leave the area, we got lucky and were able to encounter a mama and baby up close. Ryan was an excellent guide and wealth of information. The tour also included ~45 minutes of snorkel time near a large group of sea turtles. Pricing was reasonable and the kayaking experience was far better than a typical whale watching experience on a larger boat. Highly recommend!

Wow! - It was a great experience, being out on the ocean in kayaks. We saw whales, a lot of sea turtles, a seal and a small reef shark. And got some exercise! Our guide, Timothy was calm and cool and kept us safe. Loved it!

Fan-Freaking-Tastic - So much fun! We were in good hands with Ryan, he was very knowledgeable of the marine life - he even knew the turtles by their names and he was clearly seasoned and respectful of the Maui waters. We had a great time on this little adventure and saw whales (even a calf) up close and were led to a great snorkeling location afterward. I highly recommend to fellow kayakers and plan to do it again on my next trip to Maui!

Maui Water Fun - Myself, my wife and 10-year-old son did the early morning kayak, whale watching, snorkeling trip with Mark as our guide. Mark was fantastic and we were able to see several whales and experience some very cool snorkeling highlights - several sea turtles! Best thing about Mark was his totally calm, chill manner in dealing with a group of seven. Great experience! A good mix of several fun activities!

Amazing experience!! Highly recommend! - We’d been looking for a whale-watching excursion and came upon this and decided to give it a try. We’re so glad we did! Not only did we have several whale sightings, but we were able to be out in the beautiful water in a much more peaceful way than the large tour boats. Then, while snorkeling, we saw several sea turtles (some swimming pretty close to us) and a monk seal ~ amazing! Our guide, Timothy, was the best! All four of our family members loved this outing and highly recommend it.
