Wonderful day on the water. - The captain and crew were great! We saw a lot of whales, even one with a baby. We would definitely go again.

Late whale season cruise... - Late whale season cruise did not disappoint. Skipper went out of his way to find as many stragglers as possible. Very informative regarding the whales migration both to and from Maui. Highly recommend.

Very nice trip! - We were suppose to go on a smaller catamaran, but were directed to Quicksilver, which was much larger than expected.

Whale watching - Wonder view and opportunity to see whales. Captian gave good information. Will recommend to others. Drinks could be a little stronger but great flavor.

Three pods of whales - Our tour was awesome. We saw three different pods of whales and a group of males attracted to a female. Crew was attentive, friendly and helpful.

Disappointed - Was advertised as 2 hours. We left promptly at 3:30, but broke the harbor at 5:15 and were off the boat at 5:20? Disappointing. It may seem petty, but as you said there are many other choices. If you want return business or customers to recommend you, you need to be the best.

Disappointing. - There weren't any whales. Not one! I believe the crew knew there weren’t any whales out at all because they sort of said it as we started the tour. It was a nice ride and they were good at entertaining but it was unfair.

bad customer service - We went to check in a Boss Frog office. I signed waiver. the crew gathered us took us to slop 72. the reservation stated slip 87. so when we got there I ask are we at wrong place our slip is 87. the stated that was across the way. my family and another couple proceed across the way to the office. Where another crew member greeted up there was 6 of us and asked if there was a misstate. the waiver stated our slip was 87 not 72. he was no help and even sarcastic. so we went running back to slip 72 to talk to the other crew members frantic. my husband said they'll wait for us . the crew member in office state . no they won't they don't wait for no one. so were all running . when we got there we all asked the girl crew member . if this is the right boat and told her what happen. she was the only one that accommodate us with an answer. she told us there was a boat change. if they just have told us at the beginning it would had explained everything. my thoughts. and this outfit is ran by young adults with no customer service skills
