The Epic South Tour - My favourite part of this trip was the Black River Gorges National Park. The views were utterly breathtaking, never seen anything like it. The Grand Bassin was a second favourite, so peaceful. Thanks to our extremely patient and lovely guide, Rouben, who made our trip truly memorable. Thank you.

Outstanding tour - Do not miss! - We booked a tour of the north and a separate tour of the south both with Chucky. His communication was clear and informative, we were allocated the same driver/guide for both days and Gokool was outstanding. He was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the island and its history. He was so easy to get on with, it felt as though we were spending our time with a friend, he made us feel so welcome and comfortable. The days were tailored to suit the items we were most interested and eager to see. Nothing was too much trouble and Gokool went above and beyond, we got to see so much and we were extremely impressed. Gokool was keen to point out the best photo opportunities and took the most wonderful photos of us as a couple, which meant so much on our honeymoon. Thanks to him we have so many memories to cherish forever. Thank you so much!!

Chucky Taxi Mauritius- travelling with x4 adults. - Chucky Taxi Mauritius. I contacted Chucky via Watsap following so many positive reviews. Communication was superb. He arranged taxis to and from the airport for us, much cheaper than the hotel offered. We also went on a South Island tour and Ruben was our outstanding guide. We had an excellent and fun day I would highly recommend. Lastly, we arranged for day hire to take us to the West Coast for a boat trip and return back to our hotel. Overall Chuckys service is professional, prompt, courteous and so much cheaper than I found elsewhere And his prompt communication throughout via Watsap was very reassuring. I would not hesitate to recommend this professional team.

Very good tour - This was a very good tour organised by Chucky. Two of the advertised stops were closed by Government safety measures, but Chucky substituted other stops. We went to Grand Basin, Black River National Park, Alexander waterfalls, a dormant volcano, and the 23 coloured earth park where we did some quad biking. Chucky discussed the itinerary with us before we left and we were free to cancel or add any stop. Vehicle was air conditioned and very comfortable. Chucky was always very patient and explained everything. To finish off the day, we were taken to a restaurant for a meal. I would recommend this tour. We also booked the north tour with Chucky.

Amazing tour! - He was very informative and knew the important location that a tourist would want to see.His time and accordance of time was excellent.Would highly recommend him for anyone travelling to see Mauritius 🇲🇺

Great trip! - Great day out to visit the South of the island! Got to see all the places we wanted with plenty of time at each stop. Our driver Adesh was really knowledgeable, friendly and all around great guide!

Tour is not as shown on the Itinerary - We did the North Taxi trip and also the South. The South was more of a disappointment. We did not go to all these places listed on the itenarary. We did go to La Vallee des Couleurs which is quite average and expensive. We went to some ship factory which was ok and then some small shop that had Rum and Cashmere for sale and the Shop people were really pushy trying to get us to buy things. We went to Alexander Waterfall which was nice but again that was not as per listed Itinerary (which says its Chamarel Waterfalls). We did not go to the Rhumerie de Chamarel either, so I feel like this isn't quite how its advertised. The photos you see here as well are literally from La Vallees de Couleurs. They have Zip lines and Quad bikes (just on a normal walking path is where you quad bike). The cost was approximately $650 Australian dollars for the 2 of us, and we managed to avoid that cost as you can actually enter the park and walk around it (it's about a 1 - 1.5 hour round trip so it's not even huge). I wouldn't recommend the South island Taxi tour, you are better off just hiring a car and doing your own trip (it's really easy to get around in Mauritius if you have a car).
