Idyllic and beautiful - Had a great time on this tour. It was the perfect length of time. Martin was great in giving us time to take in the sights and provided a lot of info as we drove along. Appreciated taking the pics of our family as well. One of the best parts was the lunch at a polish restaurant which was included. Would highly recommend you ask for Martin and go in this tour.

An opportunity to broaden a visit to Poland - This tour of the countryside adds context to a visit to Poland. It highlights the universality of agricultural life and the inequality of privilege in real settings and natural landscapes. Our guide was a congenial and well-educated host, willing to share experiences and opinions on a broad range of topics and world issues. The glorious autumn weather added to the experience. We ended the day having learned valuable lessons from an expert about Poland’s important place in history and the grounded nature of its culture. Highly recommended.

A beautiful countryside tour - This was a fantastic tour! Marcin was my tour guide, and I went solo. It was my first time in Poland and my stay was mostly in Warsaw, but I wanted to see a bit of the countryside. Marcin was very hospitable and knowledgeable. I learned a lot about Polish history and current events. The specific locations we visited were incredible, from a ~300 year old village to a manor house, and the countryside was beautiful. Lunch was delicious, too. Marcin really made sure I was satisfied and got my money's worth out of the tour: one of the destinations was unexpectedly closed (through no fault of his own) and he instead offered a different alternative which was also amazing. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone!

Glimpses of how Polish villagers and nobility lived - and gardened - I spent a very pleasant day in the company of Marcin, who is an excellent guide. Visiting both the open-air museum at Lowicz and the Radziwill Palace in Nieborow gave fascinating insights in the different lives led by the villagers and the nobility. And as a keen gardener, I enjoyed the visit to the romantic English landscape park in Arkadia.

A refreshing countryside day break from Warsaw City. - For those wanting a day out and a nice escape from the city this tour is perfect. The Lowicz's culture museum is much better than it sounds. In fact a delightful collection of wooden countryside artisan houses, from the 19th century which you can enter and see the contents of another time. Charming wooden Church and windmill too. Nieborov 17th palace is delightful, and one of the few survivors of it's type from that era. A small jewel in equally beautiful grounds. And Martin our guide was comfortably informal and made us feel most welcome. He imparted his knowledge in a fun and informative way and was relaxing to be with.
