Heliconia Amazon River Lodge - Arrival in the city of Iquitos, assistance and transfer to the pier to head to the lodge. We will sail down the Amazon River, the largest river in the world by volume, and witness the magnificence of the river, the lush rainforest and the picturesque riverside villages. After lunch, we will hike the Communal Reserve of Yanamono, where we will identify various botanical species such as heliconias, medicinal plants and the giant lupuna tree.
