Subsequently, we’ll embark on the preparation process and cook between three to four dishes, accompanied by non-alcoholic beverages. Upon completion of the cooking, we’ll partake in the fruits of our labor. Digital copies of the recipes will be sent to you via email. The menu is subject to change based on the availability of local and fresh produce, ensuring a unique experience each time.

Great way to experience a culture! - What a treat! Welcomed into a wonderful home with a wonderful hostess. Good food and a really pleasant video about Mexican food. Well put together. Then we cooked and ate. Would return for other dishes, for sure!

Awesome Mexican food experience - This class was a Christmas gift. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We learned a lot about the different kind of chili peppers and made some very tasty food. Paola was great - I would definitely do it again and highly recommend it.

Don’t miss this - Paula makes you feel comfortable and her lovely home welcomes. This is a winner for sure and I would recommend this class to anyone. We learned so much about the culture of the food, the history of it,and the regions of Mexico and their unique cuisines. Then we prepared and ate some real great Mexican food. Enjoyable and unforgettable. Thanks so much, Paula, for opening your home and sharing it so graciously, and I learned so much from your experienced preparation tips, a family of four enjoyed this thoroughly.

Learn, do and eat! 100% recommend - I was included as a solo traveler into a group cooking class. Held in a private home the instructor, Paola, was amazing at including everyone in the group to have a hands on experience. She not only taught us the steps of the dishes but history of Mazatlán food and the importance of seeing a country through its people and culinary traditions.
100% recommend as a great lunch, engaging with others and learning.

Great food. Fun class - The class was a great combination of culture and food and the instructor was very fun and interesting. The food was delicious and easy to learn! We had a couple of things that we’d never eaten before.

Amazing Cooking Class - Paola was amazing! She gave us some history of Mazatlan and the food was simply amazing. We loved the class, learned how to cook some new food that was delicious. We would highly recommend taking one of her classes while in Mazatlan. We will definitely be signing up for another class next time year. Thank you for a wonderful time.

A great way to learn a little about Mazatlan cuisine - This was a great cooking class full of local Mexican cuisine dishes, we made shimp tacos with tortillas made from scratch, a steak and potatoe dish i can't remember the name of, and a sweet corn tamale for dessert. I would recommend this class from beginner to advanced.
