You won't regret this, just book it! Thank me later 😉 - I was hesitant and incredibly nervous to operate a Segway based on previous failed hoverboard attempts but Carlos QUICKLY set my mind and ease and miraculously had me confident in a matter of minutes. I'd do this tour every day if I could. We learned so much valuable Mazatlán history in an intimate setting. You will feel confident exploring the historic district independently after your time with Carlos. And, you'll be armed with all the essential knowledge relating to the early settlers in the area plus fun facts to share with your friends. I HIGHLY recommend this tour to everyone able to independently stand for two hours. Carlos was born in Mazatlán, he knows his stuff. You won't find a better tour guide. Better yet, he is an official tour guide with the Secretary of Tourism ... and he takes your photo for you to ensure you have a souvenir memory of your adventure.

Fun and interesting segway tour! - Loved this 2 hour tour around Mazatlan! Our local guide Gus was very knowledgeable about the various areas we visited and so so nice! One of the best guides we've ever had. We toured several city squares, many small streets with beautiful homes and architecture. Then went to north beach to see the local fisherman and boats. Covered a lot of ground and the 2 hours flew by! Highly recommend this tour!!

Great historic tour while balancing on Segway - Carlos, the licensed tour guide, started the tour by giving a quick but efficient training in riding a Segway. Then he took us on a captivating, informative and exciting tour of the historic center, followed by the new downtown with practical travel tips, We finished the tour with a picturesque ride on the Malecon. Great experience!

Great value! - This was so fun! Riding segways was easy and sure was better than WALKING! 😆 Carlos was our guide. Funny, friendly and knowledgeable. You could tell he really loves his ‘home’ . I enjoyed seeing ‘old town’ there weren’t tons of street vendors to navigate through, so that was nice..it’s a very quiet section of town. It’s the ‘original’ Mazatlan. We saw a ‘cliff’ diver as well.. he actually dove off a man made tower into a small section between some large rock outcropping in the surf.. I thought it looked extremely dangerous… But he lived….😬 I thought the tour was a fun, affordable excursion. We took a 5 min taxi ride from the pier to the meet-up location.. it cost $15. We walked back.. it was free but took us about 30 min? It says meet at hotel belmar… but it was actually a few shops away at ‘baikus’ tours. So that was a little confusing for us. we finally asked someone and they showed us where to be. It eventually all worked out. You’ll wear a helmet so no need for a hat. There is a small pack on the front of the Segway for water bottles and personal stuff. Don’t forget some cash for a tip
