Day out in Malta - Seems to cover all the main sights / things of interest and our English speaking guide Marcela was both informative and funny! We were picked up spot on time, the trip was well organised, with sufficient time at each stop and we rode in a nice air-conditioned bus.

Insightful and informative - Great opportunity to see different parts of the island and our guide Maria was very informative and happy to answer questions. On the downsides, the group was over 50 people, which was too big, especially in Mdina where you are with lots of other groups, so getting close to listen was a challenge. The final stop at the church in Mosta, was fleeting and the craft market a little unnecessary, but at least there was time for a beer!

Not so impressed - The tour has too many guest, 49 guests to be exact but only 1 guide. Can’t hear any information guide has to say. Should get a better Microphone that gives clearer sound. Suggestion they should split big group like this into 2 or 3 smaller groups and have more guides to take care of each smaller group. I do understand that they want to get as many customers as they can which is nothing wrong with that but just have to manage better i.e. provide more guides.

Not the best tour I went on - The tour felt rushed and although the guide was very nice I felt more detail of the history of the places could have been given messed about when returning to hotel with the swapping of vehicles and guests

Mdina is really beautiful - Mdina was the real highlight and absolutely must see. The rest was an average tourist experience. Half a day tour covering only Mdina would deserve 5*.

A very long boring day - Marcella was a great guide but there is not much you can do with an awful itinerary. The day was very long looking at non interesting things broken up by a dreadful lunch. The first course was pesto pasta which was quite nice and I could have just had a larger portion of that. The main course was some kind of grey pork with soggy vegetables, I don’t eat pork and when I advised the waiter I got a cold thin omelette. The lunch was in a restaurant along with one or two other groups so it felt like being in a cattle yard.

Don’t waste your money - If I was you I would not waste your money on this trip. We done the trip, first you are picked up at your hotel in a van then brought to a car park to get on a coach. When we were in the car park one of the drivers started roaring at us not to move. On the coach someone had previously been sick on it and it wasn’t cleaned before the trip. The guide was told about it, he and the diver had an argument over it, it was still not cleaned and the smell was throughout the bus. There was two groups on the bus English speaking and Spanish speaking, with two guides. The English speaking would start then the Spanish. When we got to the first stop we could barely hear the guide he didn’t even have a microphone, the Spanish where behind us talking as the English guide was talking but as soon as the Spanish guide started to talk they stopped which made listening to the guide even harder. The guide barely explained anything to us but the Spanish guide was explaining a lot more. Even on the bus when the English guide was talking the Spanish on the bus where having conversations so it was hard to hear anything. We had to ask that the groups be split up just so we could try and hear the guide. If you have any allergies I would not recommend the lunch part of the trip, not once where we asked if we had any allergies. The food is just throwing at you with no options. There was only wine on the table not even water for those who don’t drink wine. We left the lunch but as we were leaving we seen the guide’s eating pizza’s, burger's and wraps. We were on the bus and started to have a quiet conversation only to be given out to by both guides. At the same time the Spanish where also talking and nothing was said to them. There was parts of the tour we didn’t get to see because the guide was big built if he had of gone in to the places he would have been stuck. If I could I would give a zero but I have to give one. We wasted money €122 on this for two people.
