Daniel our tour guy was amazing!! - My family of four decided on the Pablo Escobar tour on our last day. This was a very nice way to end our trip, Daniel our tour guy was amazing. I was very impressed his English is excellent, he gives you very detailed information.. the pick up spot is a coffee shop which is very nice to grab your breakfast before take off. Daniel approached us and was spot on with our group names and advised us to use the restrooms and let us know the exact time we were leaving.. thank you Daniel for being great to us.

Great tour for Colombian history and to learn more about he who shall not be named. - Awesome tour. Learned a lot of history and truth about Colombia from the 70s to modern day. Got to see some really interesting sites from the era of Pablo's rule. Guide Daniel Jaramillo had real passion that shone through and was open to any questions about anything Colombia related. Recommend this tour.

Well worth doing, really informative & if possible ask for Daniel! - This tour far exceeded our expectations - hugely due to our tour guide Daniel, who was not only knowledgeable and spoke superb English but was more than happy to answer all and every question! Originally we were just planning to visit the museum, but so glad we were offered this tour by our hotel and we went for it. So much context and information is given as well as plenty of photo opportunities.

Great experience in C13 - Laura helped us even when we were arriving late and explain the history of Comuna 13 with so much detail that was imposible to not be sensitive

Great tour of Pablo's effects on Columbia given by a local - Our tour guide, Daniel, was amazing! Nothing beats a tour given by someone who lives in the community. Daniel answered ALL my questions (no matter how unsavory), and gave a great education on the brutal effects of Escobar's reign in Medellin. Pace was easy, with lots of time for pictures, etc, and I wouldn't change a thing about it.

Unforgettable Medellin Experience! - I initially booked the Pablo Escobar tour, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of phenomenal! Juan, our guide, was an absolute expert on Pablo Escobar and the historical backdrop. From the poignant memorial park to Pablo's "imprisonment" at La Catedral, the community football field, and his final resting place – every moment was steeped in riveting history. Juan's knowledge and passion elevated the tour to an unforgettable experience. If you're in Medellin, this tour is an absolute must! But wait, it gets better. The experience was so mind-blowing that I couldn't resist exploring more. I asked about other tours and was pointed to the Comuna 13 tour. Folks, this one is a game-changer! Jackson, our guide, didn't just show us around; he unfolded the soul of the area having lived there. His in-depth knowledge of the people, combined with a profound understanding of the vibrant graffiti scene, provided a tour unlike anything I've ever experienced. Trust me, the Comuna 13 tour with Jackson is an adventure you won't want to miss! This company consistently brings their A-game, and based on the jaw-dropping experiences I had with both the Pablo Escobar and Comuna 13 tours, I'm not just recommending it – I'm urging you to book these tours when you're in Medellin. It's an investment in unforgettable memories and an unparalleled journey through the heart of Colombia's rich history and culture!

BIG MONEY GRAB/ TOURIST TRAP - I did this tour because I wanted to learn more about the story of Pablo Escobar from a local perspective. I am Colombian and live in bogota and I am familiar with the story. THIS IS A TOURIST TRAP!!! I was VERY disappointed with the whole experience. First of all the places you visit, edificio Monaco, Pablo’s old jail (which is a regular church is bad shape now) and the cemetery are underwhelming. There is nothing special or educative to see, it is a big money grab. The only thing that you are really paying for is ride bus and again, the locations have been renovated and there is nothing special to see. The only place I recommend is Monaco and you can easily get there by car. Our tour guide, Jose Abreu was not engaging and skipped a lot of facts. He rushed the tour and the way he told the story was very wrong. I asked him a few questions and he answered very rudely and in one occasion he even called me out in front of everyone and told me I wasn’t paying attention and that clearly I was not listening. He was clearly upset because I asked him to include parts of the story he was skipping. He went a bit far in terms of talking badly about of Lara Bonilla who was killed by Pablo in a horrible way. He gave his personal opinion about how he deserved it, which is so UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I think this company is greedy and prefers to sell a cool tour rather than educate the people and give a meaningful and insightful story about Pablo. Do not waste your time, we spent 6 hours doing the sites and driving. Use your time and money better in Medellin, this tour is not worth it! NO DOT USE THIS COMPANY

Terrible customer service. - Transavia owes us 12 euros for cabin baggage that went in the hold. Since July 19, they have claimed to have reimbursed us when we never were, with supporting evidence. They took over three months to confirm their so-called refund which was obviously made to an account that did not belong to us. In short, terrible customer service. The sum is derisory but it was owed to us. Transavia therefore saved 12 euros. Well done !
