Just a short 45-minute journey from the city of Medellin, you’ll find San Sebastián de Palmitas - more commonly known as Palmitas. It’s one of the five rural divisions, or corregimientos, of the Medellín municipality. Positioned in the city’s northwest, it shares its borders with the municipalities of San Jerónimo in the north, Bello and the corregimiento of San Cristóbal in the east. San Antonio de Prado corregimiento and Heliconia municipality lie to the south, while Ebéjico municipality lies to the west. This corregimiento comprises of 8 Veredas and the Urban Head.

Great coffee tour - David was very knowledgeable and entertaining at the same time, making this tour both educational and fun at the same time. The only thing I wish they had told me in advance was that this tour will be mixed with others who signed up for the coffee tour + horseback riding. So while the others were doing that, we had to wait for them at the coffee plantation, which wasn't an issue for us as we wanted to take things slow. But sharing this in case others don't want to waste their valuable vacation time.

Highly recommended - The explanation is very pleasant and clear. Guide Samuel is excellent at managing the group, makes you feel part of it. Your knowledge about coffee is very good. Rich food.

Best coffee tour in Medellin - This tour was awesome! From beginning to end everything was so properly organized. Victor is very accommodating and always wants to make sure that his clients are having the best time! From arranging transportation, to having English-speaker tour guides, and providing amazing typical Colombian meals. Everything about this tour was great, we learned a lot about coffee, got to pick it, see how it’s processed, and tasted it. They also made it special since my husband and I were getting married that weekend, for us balloons and a cake. Do not miss out on this tour!

Book Your Tour Now. It's The Best - The most interactive and knowledgeable coffee tour I have ever been on. They spoiled us from the moment we got on the bus and throughout the excursion. Great views of the Colombian terrain, a beautiful hike, and the customer service was immaculate. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the area. 🇨🇴

Unforgettable Memory - I had a great time in this tour! I learned a LOT about coffee, had the fun opportunity to pick coffee beans in the field, had a delicious meal, coffee and amazing horse riding experience. I would like to highlight my time with the driver Luis, the David the coffee tour guide, and Jorge the horse guide. They were really kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I would really recommend this company to anybody going to Medellin. This was a highlight of my trip to Colombia. It was an unforgettable memory.

Highly recommend - Memorable experience! Must be prepared to walk and have sneakers. It really help me respect and contemplate coffee moving forward. Totally worth it and lunch was great authentic lunch!

Aussie coffee drinkers loved the tour - We loved the explanation of how different coffee is produced & what goes in to making a "good coffee". The tasting was great and so was the lunch.
