Scent of coffee - The tour was very interesting and engaging. Veronica, our guide, gave us important information about the history of coffee and all its transformation processes. Nice and extremely clear in language, it made very pleasant the 4 hours we had available to visit the company. We were able to taste different products of the farm and enjoy a great typical lunch. It was a very pleasant experience, definitely recommendable. Fair price. Excellent pick-up service at the hotel

A new appreciation for coffee! - As coffee lovers, we were really looking forward to learning about coffee. We took a private tour with David, whose family owns the plantation. He had so much personality and love for this heritage and family traditions. As a family farm, they produce wonderful coffee that is free of pesticides and poisons used by many other countries. We participated in the steps from plant to cup. I really wish I bought more coffee, because I loved it so much. Don't miss out, this is a great tour.

Excellent coffee tour - Excellent experience, good handling of the subject, explanation of planting and processing in coffee production and explanation of how to distinguish a good coffee from a not so good, very good one, the coffee tasting was fantastic. The inclusion of vegetarian and vegan alternatives in meals, a plus.

Hands-on coffee farm with kitties - Great introduction to Colombian coffee production. David was really enthusiastic and knew a lot about coffee, not just from Colombia. Humerous, knowledgeable, humble. You get to pick some coffee beans yourself and are then walked through the process of the production. You learn what makes a good coffee and what affects the process and quality. Also our additional "feline guides" (David's bosses as he called them) were a furry highlight. A tiny bit of hiking is required but with 2 working legs and a marginal amount of willpower (aka getting coffee at the end) it should not be an issue. They also give you tasters of lemonade and tea made of the fruity outside of coffee beans. So even as a non-drinker of coffee its well worth it. Will not be drinking coffee the same again. Can definitely recommend.

Great coffee tour - David was very knowledgeable and entertaining at the same time, making this tour both educational and fun at the same time. The only thing I wish they had told me in advance was that this tour will be mixed with others who signed up for the coffee tour + horseback riding. So while the others were doing that, we had to wait for them at the coffee plantation, which wasn't an issue for us as we wanted to take things slow. But sharing this in case others don't want to waste their valuable vacation time.

Informative, Great Views and Would Recommend it - Picked up on time, and the Guide/Driver was excellent very personable and simple just a great guy. I found the Tour way to long. The Coffee Tour guide, she was very knowledgeable, great sense of humour, but I did think the tour could have been cut in half. Lunch was excellent and by all means the tour was well worth it. I enjoyed the horseback riding although wish it was in the country side as opposed to down a back road. I would 100% recommend this tour, I simply lack the patience on a subject I can read about and am only interested learning about the specific properly itself. There were probably 50 people on the tour with all the independent tours coming together for the tour at the plantation.
