• Medellin - Meet your tour guide at the designated meeting point in Medellin early in the morning. We’ll travel directly to the famous Peñol Rock (La Piedra del Peñol) for approx. 2 -hours. Here we’ll spend approximately 1.5-hour to give you more than enough time to climb the 742 stairs that take you to the summit to enjoy spectacular views of Lake Guatapé and the surrounding mountains.

• Guatape / Piedra Del Penol - Visit the gigantic Piedra del Peñol where you will have 1 hour and 30 minutes to ascend and descend to the top. The ascent to the top of the Stone is not included, it is optional (USD 6 Approx.)

• Guatape - In the town of Guatape you will enjoy a 40-minute guided tour, visiting the most emblematic places. Then You will have one hour of free time to explore Guatapé on your own.

• Malecon de Guatape - Enjoy lunch in a typical restaurant of the region located on the Malecón de Guatapé. We have three options of typical dishes.

• Embalse Peñol-Guatapé - You will enjoy a 45-minute boat tour of the lake where you will enjoy beautiful views of the landscape, information about the reservior and some music.

• Parque El Poblado - We arrive back in Medellin somewhere between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.. in the evening. However, our return to Medellin is always conditioned by local traffic patterns and events. It is impossible to guarantee the time we will be back in Medellin so plan your post-Guatape activities accordingly.
