Excellent coffee tour - Excellent tour by Pablo. I took the tour in Spanish and Pablo was very informative and knowledgeable about coffee and where it originated. I learned a lot from I didn’t know about coffee. I definitely recommend taking this tour.

Book it!! - My husband and I had a great time on the tour. I had no idea the coffee process was so intense. Make sure you wear comfortable tennis shoes and leggings or pants. Isabela and Pablo were great guides.

Excellent! - The experience was something I definitely needed! It helped me gain a better understanding of Colombian Coffee and the way the roasting process works! Pablo and Isabela both did a great job working with us while making us feel welcomed! I loved this experience and will recommend anyone to enjoy this adventure!

Fun and informative experience - Our guides, Juan and Pablo, were amazing. They are both very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee. We loved the walk through coffee farm and learning about the history and growth of coffee. The Urbania roastery experience was fun and informative and our host did a fantastic job showing the roasting process and finally preparing the coffee. I highly recommend this tour.

Best experience in Medellin! - The guides were excellent! Thank you Juan David and Pablo. Very informative content about the history of coffee and types, showing us around the farm for a detailed view at how coffee is grown and processed. Then to the roastery for another in-depth insight into roasting and the art of coffee making (thank you Julian from Urbania)! Absolute must do for coffee lovers and non-coffee lovers.

Deep appreciation for coffee and sustainable practices! - This is easily one of the best experiences we’ve had on our trip to Medellín! Our guides, Pablo and Juan, were so informative and personable. Their love of coffee and what they do is so deep! It was also great being in a very small group where we really got to ask questions and have fun conversations.
The coffee farm was so gorgeous and we learned so much about the history and science of coffee in just a few hours! I really love their clear dedication to sustainable practices. It was incredible seeing the process of producing beans from seedling to harvest to processed and ready to send to a roaster. Throughout this portion of the tour, we also had interesting conversations about who gets to drink quality coffee and different global coffee practices. We also got a nice little slice of the everyday life for locals, from watching harvesters work to seeing nuns put up a Nativity scene.
The coffee roaster was also fantastic. It’s clear that everyone who works there is just as passionate as our tour guides. The coffee tasting really deepened my appreciation for how different beans, fermentation, roasting, and brewing methods produce very different tastes and qualities. My only regret is not buying more beans!

Organic Coffee Farm in the City! - I booked this tour for our first day in Medellin and it was perfect! First off, I love that they are organic, even though they don't have the official certification, you can tell they don't use pesticides because there are bugs around and eating the leaves! (Because what a red flag if the bugs won't even eat it, right?) After touring the farm, we went to a local roastery and learned about roasting beans and got to try specialty coffees prepared in 3 different ways! Highly recommend to everyone, it's close by, the guides are full of knowledge, the farm is organic and the coffees tasted incredible!
