Excellent Experience - The crew did an amazing job of explaining what to expect and the day unfolded exactly as stated. The visit to the City of Guadapa (big rock) and boat ride was especially nice

Superb tour - Fernanda is amazing as Guide, from the first moment he makes sure to be attentive to everyone and always giving the explanations as clear as possible, he took care that we did not need anything and that we had enough time to enjoy each part of the tour. The tour is very complete and the price is worth every penny.

Trip to Guatape - Excellent experience. In my case I was alone and our guide Fernanda, from the first moment, was involved so that we could have a great time. Everything very well organized and explained. A 10 for Fernanda and the driver.

fun trip - More than I expected, I met interesting places and people. All the staff were very attentive to all the travelers and on each journey they waited and explained the history well. I learned a lot.

DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR. IT WAS A DISASTER FROM BEGINNING TO END - This tour was a complete disaster. Our tour guide Fernanda was the least helpful/knowledgeable tour guide I have had in Colombia or any other travels around the world. Her English is low-level and we often were not sure what she said and would ask my son to tell us what she said in Spanish. She did not have any respect for our experience or the punctuality of the group, she was just texting on her cellphone and talking to the driver. I encourage this company to train their guides to be interested on providing a great experience. It seems they just cared about being paid.
More importantly, Fernanda’s scrips were very short on detail. For example-we were not told we couldn’t sit in an entire area of the restaurant so we had to move and share a table. (Sharing the table was fine. It was just not being told ahead of time clear directions for where we could and couldn’t sit. ) At each stop Fernanda told us clearly when to be back but very little else about the stop/history, etc. it is possible she told us more than I know, because her English really needs improvement. I would never recommend this tour to anyone. Please book somewhere else, because this will be a nightmare for you as it was for my family and I.
