Great day out for all! - We had such a great day! The scenery was amazing the entire trip, and we had appearances by koalas, kangaroos and even a seal at Loch Ard Gorge! Burt was our driver/guide and his knowledge of all things is beyond, and even our teenagers found it all super interesting. Thanks Burt!

A definite Must Do whilst visiting Melbourne - We had John as our guide, John was extremely engaging and entertaining and most importantly very knowledgeable when it came to indicating certain attractions myself and some of my bus companions were particularly interested in. The whole tour was a vibe, lovely bus size, great way to meet new people as well from different countries. I would so do this again. Great value for money!

Super! - It was a super fun tour in a nice bus (with air conditioning). Bert, our guide is a friendly man who knows a lot and could also tell a lot. He also showed us all the beautiful places and helped with taking nice pictures. He gave good tips for lunch (on the beach) where we had a delicious lunch. We were able to spot a koala and see a lot of beautiful nature. All in all it was a great day thanks to Bert!

Highly recommend - Visited the great ocean road tour with Burt as our tour guide. My family and I had the loveliest time with Burt giving us a detailed explanation about the sites we visited including the flora and fauna in the area. Would highly recommend this to anyone who’s looking to visit.

Best tour guide Luke! - 5/5 Stars! I just had the most epic tour with Luke Bennett as our guide and driver! This guy's energy is INFECTIOUS! He ensured our safety and entertainment throughout the trip, cracking us up with his non-stop jokes! Luke's knowledge of the tour was impeccable, and he explained everything in detail. We were even ahead of schedule! However, Mother Nature had other plans, causing some traffic delays. But Luke's professionalism shone through! The helicopter ride was breathtaking over the Great Ocean - a MUST-DO experience! Huge thanks to Luke Bennett for his fantastic service! This multitasking master kept us safe, entertained, and informed throughout. You're the best, Luke!

Great value - It was heaps fun. The bus was comfortable and clean. Plenty of toilet stops so the long ride was not too bad. We stopped a few times on the side of the road for a better photo opportunity and in hindsight I would have skipped those in favour for a more time at a proper stop like the rainforest or Appolo bay. I would have in enjoyed a longer tour there. I feel like we missed out on those two locations. Colac was absolutely not necessary in terms of where we stopped. Yes there was a public rest room right there however, I wasted my 20 minutes walking around trying to find food. The two functional restaurants did not cater to the bus time requirements, and that's totally understandable. We could have either skipped that location all together or stopped at the actual lake or stopped much earlier at the start of the town where there were multiple stations and fast food restaurants. Getting stuck in traffic resulting in a 2 hour delay was not something anyone could prepare for. This stuff happens. Eliot did a great job telling us about the various locations and giving us many historical details a local lore. He was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Considering the distance we covered in one day, the entry fees, and all the careful navigation that is required driving down the coast, this excursion was great value for money.

Recommended! Great day - Brilliant way to see the ocean road. Well organized. Great tour guide. Elliot was very knowledgeable about the area and the history. We had considered driving this ourselves, but are so glad we let someone else do all the hard work for us, and left us to enjoy the scenery /no need to plan and navigate/ ( and maybe even take a nap). This is a bit of a whistle stop tour- you get a limited amount of time at each location, so can feel a bit rushed- but there is no other way of getting so much driving (300k?) and so many sights squeezed in. This trip includes a brief, easy-level rain forest walk (20 mins) as well. Elliot also managed a brief planned roadside stop for us to spot the wildlife when he saw some koalas. If you want more time at some of these amazing locations, and the option to get down onto any of the beaches, then you need a 2 -3 day trip. If you are happy with the highlights ( and there are loads), then this ticks the boxes. Small negatives- commentary and information from the driver is only in English. Great for us, but if it not your first/ second language then you won’t get as much out of this, and might have more issues understanding timing/instructions. There is no official timing/plan due to the variability of traffic/ parking/ queues/people etc- so can be easy to misunderstand or mis-hear departure times. Maybe use the phone display or clipboard to write times down to show passengers at each stop? Tip- best seats on the left of the bus for better views.
