Great service - We've packed so much into our short Melbourne trip and were exhausted today resulting in a stuff up by me just as we were getting ready to return from Mt Buller. It was handled really professionally by the person I spoke to at Sightseeing Tours Australia, and our driver went above and beyond to help. I really can't fault their service and I'd recommend them to anyone. Mt Buller was great too!!

Full day of adventure - Josh was our driver and was amazing. He informed us the whole way there and back about weather condition and driving conditions. Josh is an asset to your business and hope to have him on our next tour.

Great day!!! - Josh, our driver was really good at his job, safe driving and very organised. He Helped us get all our gear needed for the trip and was very patient with us while choosing what activities to do. He also helped us return all our snow gear quickly so that we could get home on time, Josh was very approachable and we had a few good conversations throughout the day. Please pass on our review.

Very nice but very pricey - Seeing snow and skiing for the first time was an amazing experience. We were just caught by surprise with the prices of the chair lift which is $175.00 pp adding rental clothes and equipment + resort tickets. So be prepared to spend around $450 in total with this tour.

Not satisfied - First week of July is not a good idea to visit Mount Buller. You can’t barely see snow and I noticed there is a man made snow and that time it’s wet and raining. Expenses did not compensate the adventure we experienced. In short, we just enjoy toboggan and that’s it.

Unacceptable and unprofessional! - We’re not from AUS and on international holiday. Completely ruined an otherwise enjoyable experience at Mt Buller. Participant beware: when this “tour” operator means they are transportation to/from Mt Buller, they don’t mean it. They WILL NOT accept any responsibility nor offer any assistance for any reason. We were left stranded at Mt Buller with absolutely no offer of assistance to make it back to Melbourne (approx 240km); we paid approx 50 AUD to get to Mansfield and another over 500 AUD to get a taxi from Mansfield to Melbourne. Many points of this “tour” operator showcasing complete, utter failure of responsibility: 1. This “tour” operator claimed to have called and texted - who carries cellular phone on a mountain while skiing? 2. When I finally retrieved my cellular and called them, they claimed to not hear me - highly unlikely as I was on WiFi AND could hear them quite clearly. They then texted me and stated that we were the only ones who were not on-time to the bus for return; I found out that the bus driver didn’t even inform the front office that they were leaving minus some passengers - this is incredulous and unbelievable as all participants in skiing/snowboarding MUST register with personal ID. They could have easily tracked us and at least informed the front office. 3. They claimed to have sent messages to ‘Viatour’ - whereas in fact I booked through TripAdvisor and besides - who carries a cellular phone on a mountain while skiing? 4. The final comment that the bus driver had to leave due to bus driving laws is completely absurd - the law only means number of driving hours behind the wheel (10 hours max for bus drivers) - which does not count the ENTIRE time of stops and resting. From Mt Buller to Melbourne, it’s about 3.5 to 4 hours; the driver was resting while at Mt Buller for 5-6 hours easily.

would not go again - Horrible experience. I paid for my ski equipment but they claimed it as my surcharge and had to pay out of pocket. Boots don't fit when reached Mt Buller even though I tried it from the place they hired ski equipment from which was a 30min to 1h drive away. Ended up hiring my own boots from another store.
