Spot on - As advertised, well done and enjoyable for all age groups. Penguins took a little bit to get going but in the end were brilliant. Plus the sanctuary was a surprise and good fun. My advice would be to dress warmly for the penguin parade as it can get more windy and chilly during the night and to pack a dinner/snack to enjoy in Cowes/on the way back.

Excellent tour - Excellent trip ! Richard was relaxed and very knowledgeable … small group and plenty of time at the sanctuary and we took the option to stroke the koala too !! Time also to have lunch before the penguin parade plus extra stops .. we were so lucky to see fairy penguins , seals echinada and more on our way to the parade ! It’s a long day but well worth it

Good but too many stops in a short time. - The animals were amazing! But, the visit to each spot was really rushed. At times we would have only 15 minutes in one location so we constantly felt on the run. Split the trip into two separate visits and you’ll see more. Great having a knowledgeable driver with a good sense of humour.

Penguin Time is worth the time! - This was a delightful afternoon-evening trip. The Moonlight Sanctuary was a wonderful experience. It’s a smaller sanctuary where wallaby and kangaroo come right up to you (for food- available for purchase on site). Seeing these animals up close was a true highlight. Our tour had to rush our beach and Nobbies stops due to road construction delays in order to get to the penguin parade on time. The penguins wait for no one! That said: set your watch/phone alarm so you don’t delay the group in getting back on the road. Check the weather, and plan layers. It was a cool night in mid-October: most of the day I was fine with my sweatshirt but really wished I’d brought my other jacket or even a “winter” hat. The wind off the ocean can be fierce- better layers to remove than shivering while waiting for sunset.

Definitely suggest - I truly loved the moonlight sanctuary and woolami beach area. The penquin parade was wonderful but it was sold out and very over crowded . Some of the visitors were EXTREMELY disrespectful. We were advised not to take photos or videos. Yet some had to be told several times. I needed to walk away.

Overall an enjoyable and comfortable day - Penguin parade in the night was definitely the highlight of the tour but the places visited before that were like forcefully packed in the package more to kill the total time of package.

Disappointing tour experience - Traveled in an uncomfortable bus. Seat padding was lacking, seat belts were very tight, bus driver was speeding, air conditioning on cold when we had been drenched outside and needed warmth. Most stops were rushed, there was barely enough time to get off the bus and back again. Those stops needed at least half an hour longer in my opinion. Bus driver was the guide as well, but disappeared during the stops after providing brief insights and tickets when needed. Would not recommend.
