Fantastic - A fantastic trip! Thanks our tour guide Frank.
The itinerary is well organized, with natural landscapes and wildlife, with wonderful beaches and fine food.
I will consider this tour operator again for my next trip to Melbourne.

Outstanding view and good value - Nice weather and amazing view! Great trip with friendly driver David. The ride there and back was smooth but a bit rush cus we really love the view in each stop!
If you dont mind the audio guide. It's good value for the money.

Worth every penni ! - Its a fantastic day and your was well managed, although it's a long drive but we didn't feel it as there were enough breaks given. The guide Mick was helpful and gave us lots of information on the tour. We enjoyed it and recommend to everyone.

Tour was a very good experience - The tour was very good.
The bus arrived in time and commenced as scheduled
The driver cum guide was very informative.He shared his historical knowledge very well. Spoke in English well.
The bus was also comfortable.
Giving little more time at locations is suggested.

Great Ocean Road adventure is great! - Magnificent views of the great ocean road specialy 12 Apostles, though there was a drama during the trip as 2 passengers were left behind at the first stop, David should have not left them.

Very little English is available - I will say the bus ride was ok and the driver was professional. That's about all the good points. This trip needs better information/ transparency as it is for Chinese tourist. If you are like me and you don't know that you have to sit to an all day tour 90% in Chinese, which is unacceptable for an all-day tour when you don't know that's what you are getting into. The bus driver provided a QR code for a mobile app guided tour in English, which doesn't help tourists who have no headphones, wifi or way to charge their phones. And when the bus stops at a Chinese restaurant for lunch, it is just more of the same disappointment along this trip. The restaurant did have other food options, but still blah. I'm trying to be totally honest which is why I won't give it a 1 because, like I said, it was professional, but the tour operator should be ashamed of not notifying patrons of what they are getting into.

Only take if you speak Chinese - Better information needed from operator and/or Viator. Says Chinese is available but should say some English is available as this tour is 90% in Chinese. They give you a QR code for an app that provides a description Iin English but you do not know this beforehand so if you don’t have AUZ sim or headphone your out of luck for a 12 hour day. The driver and guest were all professional but it should be clear this tour is in Chinese.

Long day and disorganized - This wasn’t much of a tour and was more of a group taxi drive along the great ocean road. There was no narration whatsoever so no one knew what we were looking at during the drive. The stops were very short, especially at the chocolate factory. The stop at the chocolate factory should at least be an hour so we could at least enjoy the area and get some food. The other stops were very brief. I had a child with me and the driver did not have Booster seat installed ahead of time….the driver stopped in the middle of somewhere, got out of the van and took a booster seat out of another car and had me install the booster seat myself! At one stop, a few of us were walking along a trail to look for koala bears and the driver decided to take the van and drive most of the group up, leaving 2 people behind. I would recommend going with another tour group that had an official tour name and is more professional.

Unorganized & Chaotic, Unprofessional, Communication Poor; You get what you pay for - I would not recommend this tour company as it was unorganized from the start and really was just drove the group from one destination to the next without narration/information about the destinations we were headed to.
Pick up was unorganized. We received a message the night before about meeting 9am instead of 8am to avoid the morning traffic jam. Being 30 mins late is forgivable but it was chaotic as the lager group was split into two vehicles. We were supposed to self organize ourselves based on the driver assigned to us on reservation, Eric or Chu. However, the actual person driving us was a different person making it more confusing. To confirm my family was with the right tour group, I asked the driver. He said he didn’t know. Possible it was a question lost in translation but this told me the tour was subcontracted out.
After hitting the road, we pulled over 5 minutes in to pick up a child booster. This should have been in the car at the start. The driver just brought the car seat to the back where it was tight quarters and where the child was sitting; the mother had to put the car seat and secure it herself wo help from the driver.
Throughout the tour there were surprise, extra stops which is nice but please tell the group so we know what to expect.
The worst part of the trip was when we stopped by to see the birds and koalas, and it looked like the tour bus just left without us. No vehicle in sight. Turns out driver ad hoc decided to drive up the trail and drive those of the group who went walking up to the top of the trail to help spot koalas. He did not tell those who stayed behind at the general store. For at least 20 minutes we thought we were left behind.
Avoid this vendor, you get what you pay for.
