Great Ocean Road Is Great Scenic Memories - A long day but well worth it! Very scenic and beautiful. Power of nature with the waves crashing into the beaches and rocks was amazing. Our tour guide, Lorraine, was extremely considerate, attentive, and helpful. She was always jumping to take pictures for all passengers and shared her passion for all that we saw. If you can, highly recommend this tour!

Saw a very cute Koala - Varun 🐨😂😊 - Thoroughly enjoyed this trip with Varun! Fun host and driver. Super energy and very punctual. His interaction and personal style of showing around is very impressive. It was my mum’s first Australia visit and Varun made it worth!😊

DON'T BOOK! BE CAREFUL! CANCEL THE TRIP! - The bus didn't come for me as every other 1-star comment says. Just be honest, I kinda know where others 1-stars coming from. Probably a similar situation to me. I was a little late for my pick-up point, the pick-up schedule time was 6:40. The guide called me at 6:41, and I estimated I could arrive within 3 min. The guide basically just said: "No" you can't get in the car anymore, even when I asked if I could take Uber and go to the other person's pick-up point to wait for them, the guide still said "no", then he hung up the phone and blocked me (I try to call like 5 times later, always get in leave a message voice immediately when called, so I am 100% sure he blocked me). In this only phone call I got, he used a very impatient and rude tone to talk, at the end he rejected me with kind of a gloating and ridiculing attitude. This company, Wine Hop & Coastal Tours, customer service does not exist. Their call is always busy in line on 7 am- 10 am morning (I think is also "busy" at other times too, no one will ever pick it up). Very helpless situation for me, I admit it was wrong to be late even it is just 1 minute, but the attitude that the guide talk and the no-answer for customer service are sucks. I don't think I can get a refund for this trip... I am not sure why the platform let this kind of company in, but it was a very terrible experience for me. In the end, this experience is sucks and money was wasted, but it didn't ruin my days, I rescheduled the trips today and tomorrow at the last minute with another company that could take my call. When I found out the booking I got for today and tomorrow is both held by this company, I cancelled the one tomorrow, which was the best thing that happened in this part, I got a part of my money back and made sure my tomorrow trip wouldn't be ruined like today's. Many other good tourist companies that we can get in Melbourne, I will recommend CANCELLED ALL the bookings with this "Wine Hop & Coastal Tours" company to avoid similar bad service and further waste.

Unpleasant behaviour with threats - The original booking had a pick up time of 7 am and pick up location of flagstaff station. However, two days ago they changed the time (30 mins pre-poned) and location moved to just "3 mins away". We were a group of 4 and one of the us ran and reached the location just 3 mins late while my mother who has knee issue couldn't run. However the guide could see us and knew we were on our way. He stopped us from getting on the bus (including my elderly parents) and made us stand outside the bus and started a whole threat with how "things are done in Australia" (we are brown Indians of course) and then proceeded to threaten that he is entitled to leave us behind in the middle of now where if we are late in any spot. Note however this is pre-emptive and not a trend that he noticed. It was a 6 minutes delay at the start due to last minute changes from the company for which we were threatened and admonished at the beginning of the trip (including my elderly parents) and left a bad taste and we couldn't enjoy the trip at all. My mother was so scared that she didn't even get down in most of the spots and spend the time in the car in fear that her slow walking will get us late. Overall not a pleasant experience. Edit: The guide "Warren" called my friend after we posted review on get your guide and abused him. Posting the screenshots of his call and his true caller number.
