Must do when in Melbourne - We had an amazing time on the Great Ocean Road tour. Our tour guide Lorraine was just splendid, one of the best tour guides I have experienced. She kept the spirits high for the entire group even though it was raining the whole day. She spotted kangaroos and koalas for us even in the rain. She was clearly motivated to make sure everyone has the best time on the tour despite the rainy weather we were greeted with. The helicopter tour at 12 Apostles was an additional add-on but totally worth it. We had a superb time and would love to return back sometime again for this tour!

Great fun & sights in all weather - Lorraine is the soul of this Great Ocean Road adventure yesterday. Despite the weather challenges, she embraces every moment and makes the most out of our journey. Together, we'll turn the wet, windy, and awful weather into unforgettable experiences. She keeps our spirits high! "Failure is not an option" is her motto. She tries her best, and we managed to find wild kangaroos and koalas along the way! Her stories are interesting and bring context to the entire journey. Thank you for the great day trip!

12 apostles, rain forest, koalas oh my! - The tour was amazing beginning to end and Charlie, our guide was fantastic. This was my first time in Australia and the cool weather was a welcome change from the heatwave of the US. Charlie took the time to explain the history of the ocean road and stopped at several spots to view the elusive Koala (finally we saw one high atop a tree). I loved the rugged coastline of The Twelve Apostles but my favorite was the rain forest, Mait's Rest. The giant trees were spectacular and the lush vegetation brought such calm and peace. Kudos to Charlie for a wonderful tour!

How is she having so much energy. - Lorraine was an exceptional tour guide on our trip to the 12 Apostles. Her energy was remarkable - she drove us the entire way and still maintained the enthusiasm of a bullet train! Her passion for sharing knowledge about the Crown Land was evident and made the journey fascinating. Lorraine's dedication shone through, even when she had an unexpected encounter with a "wild animal" that chased her back to the bus. Despite this surprising incident, she handled it with grace and humor. Her vibrant personality and wealth of information made our Great Ocean Road experience truly memorable. If you booked your tour and you see her as your guide you will be in for a treat. Thank you Lorraine again from us and my little daughter.

Great Ocean Road = Great experience - Our tour guide was Lorraine. She was a hoot but kept the group in line, which is appreciated given the number of stops and the very long, tiring day. She knows this from the onset and made it clear. The group size was maybe a touch too large but it was only noticeable on the bus or when the tour guide was trying to round up the group. It’s a very long day and would not recommend this for children. The stops are great and Lorraine went out of the way to get us some token sightings of wildlife including a koala (6 of them total) in lower branches munching on some eucalyptus. The stops are very scenic but not a lot to do at each stop. Mainly there for scenery and move on. Lunch was in a small town along the way and the Fisherman’s co-op had excellent food (there are other options but I think the highlight was this place). The ride back was fairly long (total trip was > 500 km) as the stops were all in the first half of the trip. But there really wasn’t another way to do it. Overall, had a good time!
