Amazing, friendly, knowledgable guide and delicious dumplings, with a side of history. Not to be missed! - The Melbourne Dumpling Walking Tour, for which we had Chev as our guide, was nothing short of extraordinary.
From meeting fellow dumpling appreciators, to learning about the history of Chinatown, as well as the stories behind each location, to of course the delicious dumplings themselves, was the perfect way to spend a cold Melbourne Wednesday night.
Chev was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the tour, offered amazing insights into each restaurant and the types of dumplings they served. She also offered suggestions based on the tastes of the group, and kept conversations flowing allowing everyone to get to know each other better.
I'd highly recommend this tour, you won't be disappointed. Especially with Chev as your tour guide, you'll be in good hands, as well as enjoy an array of amazingly delicious dumplings (seriously, some of these dumplings are heavenly).
One of the best parts is discovering restaurants (both small and large) that you wouldn't otherwise visit! Definitely adding to the list of to-visit-again locations.

Love ❤️ dumplings - Our tour guide Chev was very knowledgeable and took us to some really nice dumpling places. She introduced us to a variety of dumplings while introducing us to the history of these dumpling places in Melbourne. Had a really great night out.

Fun little tour to introduce you to the area for locals and tourists - Very fun little experience that shows you some of the best dumpling spots Melbourne has to offer. Our guide was knowledgeable and took care of everything from start to finish. The food was delicious and you got a wide variety of dumplings and restaurants to choose from. Loved every second of it

Dumpling tour - Sue was so knowledgeable and friendly when showing us around the dumpling houses of Melbourne! The different places we went to were great and she was able to explain why it was she came to discover these places!

Yummy dumplings and good history walk - Sue was great! Very knowledgeable and took us to great places to try such good dumplings. She even gave us a little history tour too, which was really neat.

The dumplings! - Recommend doing this tour. Our guide was friendly and gave insights into the background of the dumplings we tried out. We visited 4 dumpling places and each gave us the opportunity to try out different styles and flavours of dumplings.

Informative and yummy! - Such a fantastic tour. As a local Melbournian, even I learnt so much about the city and some great local spots to eat delicious dumplings. Our tour guide, Sue, knew so much about each different dumpling and the significance of each dumpling to Melbourne and the Chinese region the dumpling extends from. Fantastic experience, well worth going.

Fun evening - We enjoyed the tour, meeting Monique and of course eating great dumplings. As locals we learnt new things about our great city along the way. The fact that it was an amazing Spring evening also helped. It was really interesting.
