Excellent customized tour - The sports walking tour was fantastic. Catherine was an excellent guide. She tailored the tour to my interests. She has worked at the Australian Open for 17 years so she has interesting stories and her knowledge of the event/ the venue made the tour extra special. I highly recommend this tour and Catherine.

We didn't go on Ben's tour but still had the best experience dealing with him!!! - The day before our scheduled tour, my husband got sick, and we had to cancel. It was outside the free cancellation time, but Ben went out of his way to arrange a refund for us! Because there was less that 24-hours left, the cancellation option was unavailable at our end, but Ben then submitted a request from his end and pleaded our case: We received a full refund. In a money hungry world, this was so refreshing! From the reviews I've read, his tours are fantastic, but it is great to know that he is also a great person and did not want our money if he was unable to deliver a service - even though it was not his fault. This guy clearly believes in karma and so do we! We will be back to do this tour!

Australian Open Tennis - Our tour guide Ben was very knowledgeable, friendly and was great at taking pictures of us in front of these iconic arenas. We appreciated that he adjusted our meeting time to avoid some of the heat of the day. The Rod Laver arena was the highlight of our tour since this is the 3rd tennis slam arena we have been to. We were slightly disappointed that we weren't allowed access, but we expected it! I hope you are lucky enough to get Ben on your tour!
