Wonderful - I am really happy that I selected this tour and spent my day at the Phillip Island, watching little penguins and the beautiful scenery of Australia. Credit also goes to Jai for being such a delightful host and keeping us informed about everything that we needed to know. Definitely recommend him to everyone as their guide. Thank you Jai 🤝

Go West little penguin... Shane will show the way!! - Brighton Beach boxes and Moonlit wildlife sanctuary were a fitting prelude to the gorgeous penguins - all special because Guide Shane was a fantastic driver and shared his profound knowledge in simple ways.

March of the Penguins!! - We loved our day with Rhys! First of all, he has the patience of a saint, as guests were constantly late and he was constantly delayed making sure everyone was on the bus! Rhys was knowledgeable, friendly and could spot tiny penguins in their boroughs which was impressive! The end of the day and the highlight, was the march of the penguins which was sheer delight! A real must see! Highly recommend!

1st day in Melbourne..! - A wonderful day. It was our 1st time in Melbourne and we thoroughly enjoyed. Our cheerful and zealous guide Michael made sure that we were informed & had fun, and that our spirits were kept high throughout, making it all a memorable experience.

A fantastic tour, & tour guide! - I took the "Full day Phillip Island and Penguin Parade" tour with Monique. The tour was just fantastic and Monique was terrific! We first visited the iconic Brighton Beach boxes, and the Moonlit Sanctuary, where we could see the cutest Australian animals such as koalas, kangaroos, wallabies and wombats. Then we moved on to Phillip Island where, after a stop in the beautiful and windy Cape Woolamai and the Nobbies, we reached our final destination to see the Penguin Parade. The Parade was one of the most incredible experiences in my life and the penguins were super sweet and funny. Monique was an amazing tour guide, throughout the day she provided us with lots of historical and cultural information, she entertained us for more than 12 hours and was always enthusiastic, passionate and nice. Even on a day with some heavy traffic, she adjusted the programme of the tour to make sure we would not miss the penguin parade. She also offered recommendations of other things to do and places to visit in Melbourne. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Great experience! - Beautiful tour and our guide was very good at explaining. Highly recommend to families with children. One important thing: bring heavy clothing because it is very windy and you need heavy clothing even in the middle of summer.

Amazing encounter with Koalas and Penguins - We had an awesome encounter with the baby penguins. It’s unfortunate that photo and video taking is not allowed. But we certainly bring with us fond memories of encounter with koalas, wallabys, kangaroos and of course, the highlight of this trip, the penguins! Toddy, our tour guide and driver, is very friendly and helpful.
I think such size of tour group using a coach, instead of a big bus, is great. Easier to organize and manage
I will recommend Go West to friends.

Adorable penguins and a fantastic guide. - Our guide, Sherif, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, polite and enthusiastic, and his positive attitude was contagious. Penguins were adorable and this tour really was a memorable one.
