Bella is awesome really enjoyed the tour - Bella gave us a great experience. Great energy good tips super fun. Enjoyed the stops and asking about our music choices. She also helped me get my umbrella back that I had lost the day before

The best day tour in MEL - It was a very unforgettable experience, our tour guide Lucy is an easygoing person also responsibility for everything , in my opinion she did much more than she need. I joined this day tour alone, wherever we were, she always taking care of me, not only me but aLeo everyone. She always said to me “ I can take a photo for you” , when I’m taking selfie while I’m feeding kangaroo, she came to me and took photo and video for me, but it’s her break time. When we were in the bus, she shared many many story about that area also a lot of information about animals we may going to met. The only thing I can say is very worth to have a tour with Go west, if you can meet Lucy as the day tour guide that’ll be a very lucky day for you .

Fun Penguins Parade with Bluey! - Beautiful view in phillip island and we managed to see hundreds of penguins on the trip. Bus is very clean. Bluey our tour guide has been amazing since the first time we met on the meeting point. He’s knowledgable and most of all very very funny. We keep on laughing the whole trip thanks to his warmth personality!

Great trip! - Overall wonderful trip to Phillip Island for the penguin parade! I had limited time left in Melbourne, so the express trip was perfect for me to see the penguin parade. The stop at the Nobbies boardwalk was also nice, and we even got to see some penguins in the hill in their nests.

Penguin parade - Would strongly recommend this tour. It is a rare experience and one to remember. Go West did a great job, especially in managing an unexpected snag with the bus and in making sure that we got the best out of the tour. Our guide Frank was a bundle of knowledge and we learnt new stuff.
