• Split Point Lighthouse - This lighthouse, with its 34-meter-tall tower and distinctive red cap, is an ideal spot for capturing photos for social media. Visit the lookouts to admire Eagle Rock, Table Rock, the breathtaking Bass Strait ocean, and the rugged coastal lines.
• Great Ocean Road Memorial Archway - Just after the lighthouse, stop at the Memorial Arch for a quick photo session of the iconic Arch and the memorial statue, while learning about the history and stories of this remarkable construction.
• Lorne - Lorne is a renowned beach tourist resort town. Plan a 30-minute stopover to soak in the Mediterranean ambiance of cafes and boutiques, and enjoy a coffee, ice cream, or even lunch. Alternatively, drive slowly through the main road for some window sightseeing.
• Teddy’s Lookout - A short drive to the top end behind Lorne leads to Teddy’s Lookout, offering breathtaking, expansive coastal views of the surf meeting the mouth of the Saint George River. A great addition to your custom tour itinerary!
• Kennett River - This is the prime location to observe koalas in their natural habitat along the Great Ocean Road. The area is home to a large population of wild koalas that are relatively easy to spot.
• Mait’s Rest - Located in Otway National Park, Mait’s Rest Walk is perfect for forest walk enthusiasts. The approximately 1km walk takes about 30 minutes and leads you through the heart of the rainforest, with towering trees and lush ferns lining the path.
• Twelve Apostles - This is the most significant highlight of our destinations. Visit the viewing platforms to marvel at the spectacular views along the walking board. Optional 12 Apostles Helicopter flights can be added to your itinerary at your own expense. Contact us if you wish to arrange this.
