Once you’ve purchased a few items for your cooking class, your host, Tonya, will transport you back to her flat for an engaging cooking session. You will master the art of creating three various dishes from the ground up, and then you’ll savour the fruits of your hard work. Tonya will talk you through the day’s menu and provide some helpful cooking techniques and secrets. Some of the culinary creations you might make include oysters and verjus jelly paired with eschallot dressing, green peppercorn and chive jus, or a slow roasted sea trout served with a zesty, creamy mayonnaise.

When the day draws to a close, you’ll receive a folder filled with all the day’s recipes and cooking advice to take home!
