Fantastic tour with an excellent tour guide - When I arrived at the stop Margaret was waiting and was welcoming and helpful whilst we waited for the other bus to arrive. Gina arrived promptly and greeted me with a welcoming smile. She was informative, enthusiastic, caring, patient and passionate. Throughout the day she went out of our way to make us all have an amazing experience. She gave her too tips, took pictures and videos and made sure everyone was safe. Chatting to her throughout the day made the journey go by so fast .When I asked her how long she had been doing the job I was shocked to hear she was relatively new as her passion and information sharing was amazing.

Train experience was great. The rest are so so - Healesville sanctuary was so so, could have been kept out of the itinerary. The stop at the little cafe before Puffing Billy was also a bit unnecessary, food there was also overpriced. The train ride was the highlight, we had a great experience and Lockey was kind enough to take photos. Tour guide was full of great energy throughout the trip. Would want to just get the train ride instead of the whole day tour ideally.

Puffer Billaby - Gina from Explore Australia was excellent, very informative about country & first nation people. Hanging feet out of windows on puffer billy was unique, depending on which side of the carriages you sit on depends on the view. Sanctuary was a Sanctuary, bird show was impressive.

Quite enjoyable - Despite the dismal weather, My husband and I quite enjoyed the tour. Brendan, the tour guide tried to keep our spirits up by being talkative and friendly. Brendon was also very informative and a very good singer! I enjoyed the music played on the bus. It would’ve been great though if Brendan showed us around the sanctuary instead of sending us out on our own.
