Don't miss it - Loved every part of it, especially the VR which was definitely worth the $20. We stayed for about 3 hours. The music was great and it was so immersive.

Powerful and Unique Experience - A wet rainy afternoon and a spontaneous decision to visit the Leonardo Da Vinci exhibition at the Lume and so glad we did. First off easy access and easy to find. Ticket prices are reasonable and there is a very nice guide book available to purchase. This was our first visit to this facility and we were entranced stepping into the huge space of imagery and music. Sat down and absorbed this special experience. Heaps of space to just wander absorb, experience learn, and relax. A highlight was Cafe Medicci in the exhibition. We had a wonderful lunch here with a bottle of sparkling. We spent over 2 hours inside and you need to allow that. The displays and exhibitions and explanations of Leaonardo Da Vinci's art, inventions, and life was enlightening. The gift shop is well stocked with quality memorabilia and is accessed on exit. Service from all the staff present was spot-on, professional and helpful. Highly recommended.

Fabulous exhibition of da Vinci art and inventions - A fabulous immersive presentation with excellent choice of music. The cafe is perfect to sit quietly with a drink and enjoy the projections, then walk through. The addition of da Vinci’s inventions was a wonderful extra to the art.

Awesome - This is a breathtaking exploration of the life and work of this incredible man. The side galleries were all fascinating and worth the entry price on their own. The main chamber was simply heavenly. The moving, multi dimensional display, was accompanied by exquisite baroque and contemporary music. We simply sat spellbound and in awe for at least an hour. The exhibition left us elevated, and the glow lasted for some days. Well done to all who put this together. An ingenious tribute to a genius!

Wonderful - Fabulous experience. We did the virtual flight over Florence too, and had the Saturday night dinner in the cafe within the experience. The food was far better than I expected and the whole experience was magical and good value.

Mesmerising and engaging: a marvel not to be missed! - Fabulous. Thoroughly enjoyed this beautifully curated exhibition. A wonderful combination of art, scientific and engineering inventions, his understandingof human anatomy, original manuscripts and sketches, and the piece de resistancewas the large, immersive digital display with biographical narrative. Spacious and easy to move around without battling through large crowds.

The Lume Da Vinci - beautiful, well priced and immersive - This exhibition is absolutely beautiful and a must do for anyone visiting Melbourne. We visited late in the evening, and were glad we allowed for their minimum suggestion of two hours. The quality of the immersive displays was astounding, coupled with the ability to lie back on a lounger and spend hours just watching the art work. Must also mention that the ability to dine in was perfect. Highly recommend the tiramisu. Loved it.

It’s not darks it’s light woolworths with projections - It’s not as dark as the ads and low contrast not worth the cost imo and our child met the height and slightly above and the VR woman wouldn’t let him do it
