Such a blast! - Never heard of them before and quite looking forward for the experience. They didn't let me down! Shout out to the crews for the game Escape The Pyramid they recommended.

Sanctum Escape - I did the Sanctum game with my wife. We had some technical difficulties but the staff were very helpful and friendly. I found it all a little blurry. It was a bit better if I held the head set in a certain position but I couldn't secure it to that position. It also rested a lot on my nose which got a bit sore. I felt like the technology still has a lot to work on but also a lot of potential. The puzzles were pretty straight forward. Go find a key then find a lock to put the key in. It took us a while just to master the controls and work out how things work which took up a lot of our time. For example it took me a while to work out that I need to hold the button in order to carry something. I can't just click to pick up. Also there are items you can interact with that have a yellow border. Ignore all of them completely they are not relevant. Only interact with the purple border items. I spent a few minutes just picking up books and trying to read the covers to see if they had a hint on them. Most of the challenge was just working out what was part of the puzzle and what is just background. As we proceeded through the monastery we started moving a lot faster through the puzzles as we grew more confident. It was good being able to ask for hints although again sometimes I spent a few minutes just trying to select the help button and not realising I wasn't quite close enough. There wasn't really a lot of teamwork on the whole. I think there was only really one section where we needed to work together. The visuals were nice but most of the journey was just in corridors of a monastery that didn't really need virtual reality to show them. (Although right at the end things do brighten up a bit!) I think a different setting could make more use of the virtual reality. I would like to try the Alice game potentially so see some more cool effects. It was also really weird that our in game personas looked like an invisible person wearing clothes. It looked silly and made no sense. I also didn't like not really being able to move physically around the room. You just stayed in one spot and teleported around the room so it was more like playing a computer game with screens on all sides then being a virtual reality I felt. It was frustrating when you are trying to hurry to the next puzzle and you get stuck out of bounds or receive alerts you need to turn back around or that there is a virtual wall in the middle of the room which kind of breaks the immersion. We managed to escape slightly after the time limit but they added a bit more time in due to a glitch near the end. I think if you were familiar with the VR set up on the whole it was definitely a very easy game but if you have not done VR before then it is a great starting point. On the whole I have enjoyed normal escape rooms more but I wouldn't mind trying this again.

Brilliant! - This was amazing!!! I get travel sick quite easily, so was a bit nervous I might struggle with this (my first time with anything VR), but after about three seconds of the system running I completely forgot about that. We did the Time Travel #1 mission, and it was really, really fun. Some challenges, so it wasn't too simple, but not so impossibly hard we couldn't work things out. Involved some teamwork and co-ordination. Really enjoyable, Thoroughly recommended!

Fantastic group activity - immersive experience - We booked out the space for a few hours (booked for 24 people) as the first activity for a bucks. It was a fantastic activity for a group of people that had only just met and was really immersive! Sam did a fantastic job facilitating the sessions, and was so easy and seamless to work with. Thank you for letting us connect to your speakers, bring our food and other activities - was an awesome start to the day.

New experience - Had a great time as a two people group. We did the Christmas game and the guide was helping us out when we were a bit stuck. Would come again to try out the sanctum game!
