Yarra river learnings - The knowledge of Lex was fabulous. He made a great commentary and answered all my questions whilst steering g the boat well. Lex even bought me a coffee on the wharf as I was too early. Most impressed with Nick’s friendliness too . Learnt a lot about Melbourne in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

Very enjoyable cruise down the Yarra - Very enjoyable cruise down the Yarra river on a beautiful Autumn day. Informative commentary whilst travelling upstream and music on the way back. Drinks available on board. We sat inside for part of the trip and outside for part.

Pleasant, fun river cruise! - Very pleasant trip. Shame there didn't seem to be any commentary or at the very least brief explanation available of things we saw.
Pleasant and helpful hosts. Enjoyed it a lot. Great way to spend end of afternoon. Thanks!

Even though you get the... - Even though you get the ticket digitally from Viator you still have to line up and get a paper ticket to give to them onboard. Great tour though perfect amount of time and the guy driving the boat and giving commentary was great.

Lovely Relaxing Cruise - We enjoyed seeing Melbourne from another perspective cruising along the Yarra. It was lovely to see all the sights and listen to the commentary to hear the history. Would recommend this cruise to others who are looking to do something different.

Yarra River Cruise - Issue was that I thought there was supposed to be a commentary on what we sales past but this did not happen

leisurely trip down the... - leisurely trip down the Yarra River in the heart of Melbourne.The boat looked inviting but there were no cushions for sitting on the ouside area which was a shame as it was a beautiful day.The sound system was terrible.No speakers outside at all and inside it was difficult to discern what the captain was saying .This was due to him not speaking clearly but also the volume was low.Half way through the trip the speaker shorted out with a large bang and there was no effort to carry on without one.There were several crew members hanging around who could have done a brief commentary at both ends of the boat.

We were driving from... - We were driving from great Ocean road and our car was broke down . We called viator to change the time of our trip and viator did not change and charged us 100% cancellation fee.
We just requested to change date as we were stuck in the road. Very poor customer service.

We were unable to make the cruise and weren’t able to cancel it and get a refund. Despite what the app says - We couldn’t make the cruise due to ill health. We tried to cancel and get a refund through the app but were unable to do so. We had paid for the cruise and were very disappointed, both by not being able to make the cruise and NOT getting a refund.
To be told to contact the company in Northern America is not very efficient or easy
