The Ian Potter Centre: NGV Australia - “The Ian Potter Centre: NGV Australia” - FLINDERS STREET, 3000
(Located directly opposite 154 Flinders Street) - Just a 2-minute walk from Melbourne’s main train station - Flinders Street Railway Station.
Guests will be welcomed by one of the tour guides in either a 14-seater white Mercedes-Benz bus or a 22-seater bus at 8:35 am, where check-in and seat selection will occur. The bus departs promptly at 9 am or earlier if all guests have arrived. Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot be accommodated. If everyone arrives early and departure is ahead of schedule, there may be a stop halfway for coffee and kangaroo spotting, weather permitting.

Yarra Valley - A short 60-minute drive to the first winery. (30 minutes on the freeway and 30 minutes through the countryside and vineyards, passing through the charming town of Warrandyte).

Soumah - Soumah is visited daily. Guests will enjoy a guided tasting of five different wines, including Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Nebbiolo, and Brachetto. The experience is enhanced by the stunning views of the vineyard’s rolling hills and the majestic Warramate Hills.

Four Pillars Distillery - Four Pillars is visited daily. Guests can enjoy three of their gins. Alternatively, a visit to Payten & Jones for a wine & Spanish vermouth tasting or a selection from their extensive range of international beers is available.

Payten & Jones Wines - For those who prefer wine over gin, Payten & Jones offers a Wine & Spanish Vermouth tasting featuring Sangioveses and Tempranillos. Located just a 10-second walk from Four Pillars, the group can easily be divided based on preferences. If wine tasting is not desired, a beer from their wide selection of international options can be provided.

Hubert Estate - The ‘Quarters’ restaurant at Hubert Estate is visited daily for lunch and a tour of their indigenous art gallery located below the cellar door. Guests who bring their own food can enjoy it away from the grounds. Lunch is enjoyed together in the restaurant. Food and drink are not included in the tour price, allowing guests the freedom to choose their lunch. The menu offers a variety of fantastic dishes catering to all dietary needs.

Think succulent steaks, vibrant local vegetables, and delicate, flaky fish. Feeling extra hungry? Try some pasta, handmade on-site, and our incredible (yes, incredible) wood-fired pizza, unlike any others in the region. Lucky everyone has a second stomach for dessert, because our dedicated team of pastry chefs will tempt anyone with a sweet tooth.” -
Domaine Chandon - On the way to lunch, a stop at Chandon, Yarra Valley’s home of sparkling wine, is possible. There is no tasting or booking here, just a quick stop before lunch to purchase a bottle of their famous sparkling wine or capture one of the day’s most picturesque photos.
Guests can choose to have lunch here instead of at Hubert Estate, but must contact us to arrange the timing for a table booking at Chandon. At Hubert Estate, lunch tables are booked seven days a week. At Chandon, guests must make their own booking if they wish to dine there. -
Yering Station - If The Chocolaterie is not appealing, guests can inform the driver at lunch, and they will be taken to Yering Station Winery to enjoy a glass of wine at Victoria’s first planted vineyard (1838).

Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery - The Chocolaterie is visited daily for a delightful guided tasting of 10 of their 500 different chocolates. The Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery is a popular attraction known for its wide variety of handmade chocolates and delicious ice cream. Visitors can watch chocolatiers at work, sample products, and purchase gelato and gifts to take home.

Balgownie Estate Yarra Valley - Balgownie Estate is visited daily. Guests will enjoy a guided tasting of five different wines while taking in the incredible views. Balgownie Estate is also an award-winning hotel. For those not interested in the guided wine tasting, a glass of wine, tea, or coffee can be provided to enjoy the ambiance and view.
