Wonderful trip - The trip was very well organised qnd Donna the guide was very professional and approachable. We loved everything: the market, Blue Grotto and a village walk. The guide spoke very interestingly about local history, culture and traditions. I read previous reviews and some were very negative about timing. I don't agree with these opinions. It is stated clearly it is 4 and a half hour trip. I think with sun beating down that is enough. Ufortunately we were delayed by few participants who were not keeping to the schedule. The boat guide was professional and entertaining too.

Blue Grotto - The trip was great! We loved that the guide picked us up at our hotel and dropped us off there as well. Blue Grotto and Marsalockx we’re both beautiful. It would have been nice to be at fishing village for slightly longer and we wish the shuttle air conditioning had been working a little better. Overall, a great experience!

A beautiful day - We were hoping that our boat would not be cancelled because of rain in the forecast but we were very lucky and were able to go on the blue grotto boats. It was a long steep walk down to the boats and then getting in was tricky. My husband had to change his seat to help balance the boat which was done after it had left the dock. Nobody checked to make sure life vests were closed. The Grotto was exquisite. Colors vivid, scenery incredible. The driver, who was behind me kept poking me and pointing so I wouldn’t miss a picture...best seat to get! Getting back up was a hike or you could pay for the taxi. Free time there was not needed. Marsaxiokk was a fishing village with colorful boats and stalls. We could have used more time here. The waterfront was lined with vendors and food. Great prices. My husband even got a NY Yankee cap there for under $4. Great excursion.

Blue Grotto and Marsaxlokk - the Blue Grotto was a nice treat, for 8 Euro per person you get to ride in a small motored boat to a section Malta where the water is so clear and blue...we even got to see a couple of cliff hangers repelling from the high cliffs above...we had lunch at the fishing village of Marsaxlokk, the bay was littered with colorful fishing vessels, the restaurants along the waterfront served great local seafood....I highly recommend this tour.

Blue Grotto and Marsaxlokk Half day tour from Valletta - The blue grotto tour was very rushed. I think we spent more time picking up other people for the tour that the actual time spent viewing the grottos. That was a disappointment Marsaxlokk had more to offer, souvenir shopping and restaurants.

Blue caves and market - Got picked up 9.15 sliema then went to blue caves you have to pay extra €8 for boat trip which if u haven’t seen clear caves go if not not missing nothing. Few shops in village but would wait till market which would be half the price. Market was 15 mins away from caves. 2 hours is more than enough here they made out it was massive and 2 hrs not enough it was. Unless you want to sit down and eat in restaurant. Clothes, bags and food here. Only downside the driver said pick up 2 and don’t come to 2.15 having most of us waiting since1.45 in no shaded place was bad. Overall good trip.

Underwhelming - Pick-up was 30min late (was told I’d be picked up in Valletta (not even from my accomodation) at 9 and driver is still in Sliema at 9.15! poor organisation/communication). We stopped outside Valletta to sort people into different buses by language. Marsaxlokk had only a few fish and souvenir stalls out due to poor weather and 1h20min spent there was way too long. Nothing to do. Was only able to view Blue Grotto from the top as the sea was rough and no boats were going out although this of course could not be controlled. Short walk through Qrendi was ok but nothing special. Back in Valletta by 1pm. Go to Blue Grotto by bus / taxi yourself and give everything else a miss.

Very disappointed - We were very disappointed with the Stuart. The Blue Grotto boat was not running so that was disappointing. Essentially, it is a relatively high fee just for transport for the day. I would not recommend this tour. You would be better accessing the areas visited on this tour by using the hop on hop off bus.
