Thank you so much for the great service and best experience - The service was awesome, both the captain and the young helper was so so good...helped us to feel save, explained where we are and the importance and history behind lagoons and islands. We went to Blue & Crystal lagoons and Gozo and to be fair it was heaven 🙌. If you are looking to explore Malta but need a best service with cheaper option, I would 100% recommend this company. Loved the communication and service we received.

It was great experience... - It was great experience considering the cost and time. We were shown the caves and were takes to couple of islands. And had 30-60 minutes on the islands for ourselves. I wish we had time to spend in the Gozo island too.

Fantastic - Getting there and back was expensive and hard to organise, hired a taxi from cruise ship wharf for 5 hours The Actual boat trip and swim was well priced. The crystal clear water and lunch on the beach was FANTASTIC. Throughly recommend.

Stunning views - A lovely way to spend the day in Malta. Captain George and the crew were great, drinks were available onboard for a reasonable price and the views were absolutely stunning.

Boat experience with amazing views - The boat experience was packed with amazing views! It is more of an experience than cruise but well worth the money! I’d highly recommend this excursion. One should note the beaches are very small and I’d presume it’s because of the changes in water levels. There are plenty of areas to sit along the coast line and enjoy how beautiful this island is! The staff was very friendly and the drinks were cheap! Loves it!!

A little disappointing - Unfortunately and out of everyones control, the weather wasn't great so we didn't see the Blue Lagoon at it's best, we will just have to come back because I am sure it will be lovely and beautiful! I must admit I wasn't expecting to see all of the drinks stalls and be so commercialised. Regarding our boat company, I don't normally do negative reviews, but quite frankly it wasn't the best. The boat was rather tatty, we didn't have a safety brief (especially considering the sea state), I assume the lifejackets were in the black storage box and when we came along side, the wharf was very basic (metal framework) and we did not tie up alongside correctly allowing a lot of movement in the boat, making it difficult to get on and off, indeed dangerous as one lady nearly went for a burden. Again, considering the sea state, it could have been done better and more safely.

Horrible experience in a small old boat on a rough winter sea. - I did a tour of Comino and Gozo with this company in January 2025. It was a horrible experience and I sincerely regret getting on the boat. I got my first suspicions when I arrived at the cafe which was listed as a meeting point on Viator. There was no representative of the company and a guy from the kiosk selling tickets told me just to wait at the cafe. Nobody from the company showed up there and finally my mother noticed that there was a boat waiting to the left of the cafe. I went there and presented my ticket to a man coming from the boat. He indicated to us that we should follow him. I complained that the process of finding the boat was very confusing but he didn't react to that. Later I realized that he was the captain's assistant and that he didn't really speak English. The boat looked old and dingy. There was no protection from the wind on the level of our heads. We sat down in the front of the boat because that's where we saw empty seats. It was impossible for us to go to the upper deck because it was accessible only with a vertical ladder and my mother is elderly. The captain welcomed us warmly but gave no safety instructions so I had to figure out on my own where the life vests were. When the boat left the harbour, I realized that the sea was too rough for such a small boat. We were swaying violently and the water kept splashing on me and my mother. The captain's assistant helped us move to the back of the boat where the swaying was a little less horrifying but still bad. I was so stressed out that I couldn't really appreciate the sights. We went past some caves and then had an hour long break on Comino where I managed to dry up my wet clothes a bit. When we got back on the boat, the captain announced that we would have one more stop on Gozo. This stop was half an hour long and it didn't make much sense. There was no time to see anything other than the port, which is ugly. When we left Gozo, the captain didn't explain what was happening next. According to the description from Viator, we were supposed to go along the northern shore of Comino to see the Elephant Rock. We ended up going straight to Malta, on a very rough sea. At least on the way back the captain and his assistant pulled down plastic blinds from the roof, which helped to protect us from the waves. Overall, I believe that this trip shouldn't have taken place, it should have been cancelled due to the weather. The captain was irresponsible deciding to do the tour (he must have known the conditions because there was an earlier tour by the same company on the same day). The only positive thing I can say about this tour was that the captain's assistant was very kind and made his best to make us comfortable (even though it was barely possible to communicate with him due to the language barrier). One of the worst travel experiences of my life for sure. Zero stars.
