Great ride - Brilliant and entertaining bus ride, very informative and lots of fun. I'd recommend this at the start of your Memphis trip, so much information and stops at all the best places

Perfect orientation to Memphis - Evelyn, our driver/guide was terrific. Friendly and very knowledgeable. Great way to get to know Memphis.

Where the tour started... - Where the tour started was confusing but the tour it self was awesome. Got to see many Memphis sites and I could sit back and enjoy and didn’t have to worry about traffic or parking. Our guide Was very informative and entertaining. Would highly recommend it

Just What We Wanted - Our driver Evelyn was knowledgeable, funny, and patients. Tour allows you to hop off and see what you want. We started at Sun Records and there is free parking behind Sun Studio. We'll worth the money.

Awesome Memphis Tour. - The major details and info of the Lorraine Motel. You could actually feel the emotions as you walked through. Then the Stax Museum omg owe some History and exhibits. Loved it all. Ms Evelyn was informative and amazing. Just loves her

Memphis hop on and off bus. - We had the best tour lady Annette. She was kind, knowledgeable and thorough!!!! We saw everything we wanted to and more. This is the best way to see Memphis.

Be aware of “subject to change” schedule - If you’ve never been to Memphis, it’s difficult to know where you want to hop on or off until you’ve done the entire loop, which is what we did. Be aware, the scheduled runs may vary by day. This happened to us; there was no way after the initial 90 minute tour that we could have visited additional sites without being stranded mid-afternoon. I suggest this tour dispense with the trip to Graceland. There’s nothing to see, it’s out of the way and just adds 1/2 hour to the tour with no value. If people want to visit Graceland, they can drive and do their own thing. The proprietor extended our tickets to the next day, but that didn’t work for us.

Disappointing service and stranded - The driver was very knowledgeable but the hop on location was not marked at Autozone Park. We tried to get back on at the appropriate time and there was no bus. We tried flagging down the one we saw and the driver never even slowed down. Tried to call the office for help at 3pm and it was closed. Very disappointing service. Ended up walking back to our car in the July heat.

Bad experience! - We were coming to Memphis from Nashville and we were stuck on the freeway for six hours because they had closed the freeway it was I 40 heading towards Memphis from Nashville. I tried to call the office, but I got a gentleman name Melvin, who stated that the office had closed 10 minutes ago and told me to call back on Monday. So I called back during office hours and told of my experience regarding the freeway closure and because I didn’t call the day of my reservation, which I did but the office had closed only 10 minutes before my call, I could not get a full refund. I understand your policy but I had not control of the situation and we were looking forward to do the Hop on Hop Off! I would think that under the circumstances you would make an exception!! The lady I did talk to was very nice and did what she could! But Melvin was rude and hung up on me and told me to call during business hours! So I won’t be using your services anymore!!!
