To spend a day in the middle of the mountain - Beautiful place to spend the day. Also option to stay several nights, it is expensive but worth it, very good thermals, clean , lots of place, very good quality buffet lunch. Highly recommended.

Great experience except for the bus! - The hot springs were amazing! It was so refreshing and relaxing. View was beautiful and the weather perfect even though the forecast had said rain. Only issue was the bus was not great. We had to stop twice to check the wheels and make sure it was safe to drive. We took our own transportation back because of that.

Unique location and experience - Located at the base of the Andes, the spa pools terrace down to the river's edge. This is a truly unique experience The hotel facilities and lunch were also excellent. If we are fortunate enough to visit Mendoza again we would definitely revisit the hotel spa.

Amazing experience at the foothills of the Andes. - The buffet lunch was amazing. The food was so good and the staff were amazing. We would have love to hear about the history of the place but our tour guide did not speak at all

Great relaxing experience - The facilities and staff were great. There was always someone who could help us in English. I highly recommend this tour for a relaxing day after a full day of wine tours.

Not the best - It was way too long. It could have been 4 hours shorter. Noone spoke English. I understand we are in Spanish speaking country, but we were promised English speaking tour, and we did not get it. Overall very disappointing for such a beautiful area. We could have enjoyed it more. Also electricity went out without anyone telling us. Bring flip flops if you go

You have to have good health and stability to go - I warn you that if you have any instability in walking, do not try. There are many stone stairs, different heights the steps, few railings and this is a risk for falls. Same for entering the stone pools, which are quite inaccessible and dangerous. The LAC transportation contracted by the company is a disaster. There's a lack of hug rests, bad seat belts and a lack of cleaning and it's very uncomfortable. Lunch is good but they don't replenish what's ending. There's food in the buffet that should be warm or warm and cold. The staff is excellent, with very good treatment and sympathy.
