Cacheuta Spa Day - If you love and enjoy a spa day this is the experience for you. You need a swim suit / bikini suitable for communal area. They give you a robe and locker. For me I always need high factor sun protection as even with factor 50 the sun finds me! Pick up is early 7am but directly from hotel and drop off same place. Is just a bus and driver but this is all good. The facilities are super clean and natural with plenty of loungers. Towels and water is available. Mud Bath is available you can cover your body in mud which they claim is detoxifying. Plenty of pools with different temperatures and hot and cold showers. Sauna and steam. The massage is extra on top of the fee for the activity but I love a massage so was happy to pay. No English by masseur but if touch is communicated was very good healing hands! Professional courtesy and dignity was maintained when massage was delivered. There is also a swimming pool with loungers if you want to swim and relax by a pool. The lunch for a buffet is fresh and good quality and was definitely good standard. I really enjoyed this experience. Muy bien! Me encanta!

The facility was great, the termal pools were amazing, the lunch was plentiful and delicious, the staff was very accommodating and the place was kept immaculately clean. We loved the entire tour.

Great experience except for the bus! - The hot springs were amazing! It was so refreshing and relaxing. View was beautiful and the weather perfect even though the forecast had said rain. Only issue was the bus was not great. We had to stop twice to check the wheels and make sure it was safe to drive. We took our own transportation back because of that.

Unique location and experience - Located at the base of the Andes, the spa pools terrace down to the river's edge. This is a truly unique experience The hotel facilities and lunch were also excellent. If we are fortunate enough to visit Mendoza again we would definitely revisit the hotel spa.

A Thermal Wonderland with Friends – Cacheuta Delivers (Almost) Everything - Tucked away in the Andes, the Premium Spa Day at Cacheuta Hot Springs turned out to be one of the most memorable highlights of our Argentina trip. I went with a group of close friends, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special. The setting? Unreal. Surrounded by towering mountains, with steamy thermal pools carved into the natural landscape—it felt like we had stumbled into a wellness retreat built by nature herself. We rotated between hot and cold pools, tested out the mud therapy (a messy, hilarious group favorite), and even managed to sneak in a short nap in the quiet relaxation areas. The buffet lunch was generous and flavorful—plenty of grilled meats (as expected in Argentina), fresh salads, and a few regional dishes we hadn’t tried before. While drinks weren’t included (a bit of a letdown), we didn’t mind too much since we were more focused on soaking up the atmosphere than sipping cocktails. Service was warm and welcoming, though it did feel like the staff were stretched thin at times—probably because it’s such a popular spot. Still, they handled everything with a smile, and we felt well looked after throughout the day. If I’m being picky, a few parts of the facilities could use a refresh, and I’d love to see drinks or maybe a small spa treatment included at this premium price. But those are small things in the grand scheme. All in all, it was a perfect way to unwind, recharge, and just enjoy each other’s company in a completely unique environment. Highly recommend for groups of friends or anyone looking to balance adventure with serious chill time.
