Would use again - Driver was prompt and courteous. We had sketchy directions but he still managed to get us to our destination. Pleased with our transportation choice

Stress free - Rolando was great! He responded very quickly via WhatsApp once we arrived. He accommodated us by taking us to the destination we booked even though Viator did not send him our booking. He assisted us with additional transportation as well and it made our trip stress free. His partner, Vassile, was excellent too! Gracias muchisimo!

Excellent driver - Prompt and friendly driver. Van was big comfortable and very clean. The driver was a courteous driver which I appreciate much more now after being in Rome for a few days. I highly recommend the service and driver.

From Rome to Civitavecchia - Our driver was very punctual and very nice. Car was comfortable. Our ride was smooth and took about an hour which is what you would expect. We would definitely use him again.

Stress free transportation - The driver was on time, professional and friendly. We love the convenience and stress free experience of booking our transportation in advance. We were picked up at our hotel in Rome and were at our cruise port in plenty of time, hassle free.

Unprofessional driver - Driver cancelled 2 days before we were due to get off ship. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this service at all!!

Not a reliable service. - I am extremely unhappy. We had a 1pm pick up at the hotel. By 1:15 I messaged the company asking what the ETA was. The response I got was unacceptable. I was told unfortunately because of traffic the driver would not be there in time to take to the port in time. So they cancelled the reservation and refunded us and told us to ask the hotel to help us find a ride. Totally unacceptable since I booked this months ago. Fortunately I was able to find a ride on my own for less money. I do not recommend you use this service.
