It can come from so far away. And not being able to enter the center, they should give more training to people who sell it - Very nice but lacks more kindness from the staff in the coffee area, the guide miguel is excellent. the menu very dry the fat and tacos congratulate the cook to the very good jelly

Amazing, 100% recommend - Miguel is a fabulous tour guide! I absolutely loved my experience on this trip - worth every penny. Was amazing to see Cichen Itza in person and the cenote was out of this world! Miguel is very knowledgeable, organised and so fun! Our driver was fantastic as well, we felt like VIPs. Will be recommending his tour to friends and family visiting. Thanks Miguel!!!

Great tour…..I recommend it. - Miguel was a great tour guide….easy and relaxed. There seemed to be a mix up with our booking (we did book very late though) so he was the only guide for a group of 8 Spanish speakers and then us 2 English speaking. Speaking English is no problem for him (Gracias!) but it meant that he had to repeat everything twice so it took a bit of extra time. We covered a lot in the tour….visiting the Chitzen itza grounds 🤩, then the cenote, lunch and a tequila tasting…the last 3 were on the same place so you could do whatever activities you wanted for a couple of hours, which I appreciated. The cost of the tour was pretty good considering how much we covered. The rest of the people on the tour were also lovely so it was a really nice day. 💚

What could and wasn't - We lacked time in Chichen Itza, we could have spent more time and come to see the sacred cenote instead of going to another resort-style cenote and experiences that was in Valladolid (50 min trip). For that trip it would have been better to go down to Valladolid to eat and visit the city. The guide Miguel very friendly and told us very interesting things during the trip, would repeat a guided tour with him, but I do not recommend this package as it seems that it is designed for you to spend more than you would like. I repeat, we did not see the sacred cenote of Chichen Itza for running to the Chichen resort.

Make easy on yourself, and pick something else - Poor customer service. Would recommend another tour if possible. Information provided wasn’t clear and then customer service was rude and unwilling to reschedule or refund.
