Tour to Chichén Itza - It was incredible, our driver arrived on time, the tour starts very early, so I recommend being prepared, our guide was Eduardo, during the trip he was telling us the itinerary while they gave us our box lunch, we arrived at Chichen Iza and we enjoyed the tour , full of magic and history, and what can we say about the cenotes, very relaxing, the food was very good, all the boys were attentive to the entire group.

Nice experience - We had a very good experience with this tour. We visited Chichen Itza first and our tour guide gave us information about the Mayan culture and history of this place, then we visited IK Kil Cenote which was amazing, and our life jacket and locker were included. Then we visited Cenote Hubiku for lunch and swimming, for which you need to pay 20 MXN for the locker. Overall, it was a nice experience!

History of Chichén Itzá - A day full of learning and history, my children questioned the guide Roberto a lot, he was very kind and attentive, I recommend this tour for people who want to know about this Mayan city, Mexican food is very delicious, we do not stop eating, the Cenotes are very beautiful, but enjoy the Hubiku cenote more, you cannot miss this tour.

Chichén Itzá - It was an excellent trip, thanks to Josue for the attention and for being our guide, it met our expectations, they picked us up on time at the hotel, very early, but it is well worth it, Chichén Itza is a very beautiful and peaceful place, without I would definitely come back, we made a stop in Valladolid, a very colorful place, with very friendly people, it is very warm, thanks for this experience guys.

Full Day Exploring - Great Memories - Great history and content about the Mayan people and culture. US family with older kids. The Mayan site and ruins were awesome. Each stop was as advertised. Many opps to shop or be sold something. Carlos and his team were top notch. It was a LONG day with a large group to manage (ended up being 12+ hours by thr time we got back). The only substantive downside was the bus - the leg room was nonexistent, esp with 50% of the time being travel time between sites. We recommend.

Trip sucked. Changed our... - Trip sucked. Changed our pickup time the night before resulting in our entire group (minus us) missing the bus. Entire tour was in Spanish. If you speak English, don’t waste your time. Also, the guide provided zero historical or factual information about how the sites we visited. I’ve been on multiple tours through Viator, several specifically to Chichen Itza and this was by far the worst tour I’ve ever been on. The cenotes were also NOT the ones listed/advertised in the listing. They also try to pickup and drop off from FAR too many locations in different cities. Excursion took 17 hours and half of it is picking up and dropping people off. There are a lot of FAR better options than this tour. It straight up sucks.
