3 Hour Private Walking Tour - We chose a tour of historic sites. Our tour guide (Areli) is very knowledgeable and passionate about the history of Merida. We visited churches, old mansions, and saw many fine examples of colonial architecture and into the 20th century. Great information and great tour. Very glad we took this tour to round out our first trip to Mexico.

3-hr Private Tour - I strongly recommend this tour as it's very flexable, tailored & focused on what you want to see. Also it's a one on one with the tour guide who was Ivan - great guide. Ivan knows his history and places of interest. Tour ended with visit to DzalbayJazz bar, great people, music & beer. And a recommendation to restaurant El Apapapcha - really delicious food.

They never showed up - This free walking tour could have been amazing, who knows, they never showed up. Their website does not say anything about being closed. The website let me reserve a free walking tour, sent an email confirmation, and even a reminder the day before. So I showed up as the email said, and the company never showed up. I emailed, called, and sent a message on WhatsApp, and no one ever answered or replied to let me know what was going on or apologize. I understand a lot of things are closed right now in Mérida because of Covid, but they should update their website to reflect that instead of allowing me to book a tour and waste my time without even any communication with me.
