Great experience - We really liked this cooking class including the visit to the market together with Luz. Both Luz and the cooking instructur were really friendly, made you feel comfortable and took the time to explain the products and recepies. Also the interaction with the other participants was really fun.

Scrumptious recipes - We loved our cooking class and the market tour! Gisell was a great guide, sharing the tastes and history of Mérida with us as we explored, cooked and ate. Leona was an excellent cook and we were grateful to her for opening her home to us. We have lots of yummy recipes to take home with us!

Unique, immersive experience in Mexican cuisine - It was an immersive experience in the city and in Mexican culinary culture.
It gives the opportunity to learn about delicious and new dishes.
Luz, our guide, was special. She followed us step by step explaining everything and cooking we got to know her better and she is a wonderful person. Even the lady who hosted us was phenomenal by really welcoming us into her home.
It is an experience that I recommend to everyone

Merida Cooking Experience with lunch - So much fun and educational too! Nice to visit a local home and meet the very nice lady who gave us our lessons! Trip to Mercado also a great 5* experience!

Great, authentic experience - It was a great experience. We started with a joint market visit where we could try different things. Afterwards, we prepared various Mexican specialties ourselves.

Great experience: fun, interactive and tasty!!! - We had a great experience visiting the market in Merida for grocery shopping (and tasting many different products) and then turning these groceries into an amazing 3 course meal at a beautiful home!! Very happy we booked this. And not in the last place because of Luz and Bertha, you ladies were fantastic, thank you for your guidance and hospitality, it was truly one of the highlights of our México trip!

Nice cooking experience - We had a great time with Luz and Dorca during Our cooking class.
We wenn to the market with Luz and bought everything what we need for Our menu. She took us around. Explainig everhing about food and fruits. We were able to tast alot of dings.
We prepeard a delisious menu together with Luz and Dorka and we enjoyed Our meal in a nice Atmosphäre.

Wonderful local market hands on experience with this excellent local guides and flare local - The tour guide Gisell Chay was amazing. She took us through every detail at the market with a smile and great explanation. The cook Leo was also amazing. Everything was so personalized and special. The food was amazing. We learned not only about the food but also about the local culture. This is a not to miss experience!

Matt and Libi - Loved shopping in the Mercado and Diego was incredible with the history of the area and the local fruits vegetables and meats. Loved that that teacher had us do most of all the prep of the meal together. Diego super nice and took time to get to know us as well!
