Hellgate canyon is the place where the Rogue River enters the coastal range of mountains and is an incredible site to take in. Our half-day journey along the Rogue River through the Hellgate Canyon presents the most picturesque scenery of all our half-day expeditions. As we navigate through the canyon, ospreys and eagles soar above us, scanning the river below for their prey. The journey takes us through two unique gorges and wraps up with two of the top class II rapids on the daytime stretch of the Rogue River.
