Great Customer Service - We were scheduled to take the 2 hour sunset tour and encountered a booking problem. The captain/ owner of the tour company went above and beyond to get us a refund. Even with his busy schedule he made several calls to Viator/TripAdvisor to ensure that we received our refund. I look forward to our next visit to Merritt Island and will be booking this tour for sure !

Highly recommended. - Shortly after booking, our guide CJ called me to follow up. He also texted the location to meet. We arrived at the meeting point early and CJ was waiting for us, with his "crew" Alex. They gave us a thorough tour of the basin, talking about the history. We saw a group of manatees, and he explained their behavior. This was the first time my wife and I saw manatees. We also saw a number of dolphins. The whole tour was knowledgeable and informative.

Bioluminesence in a proper boat - a top attraction in Florida! - We are a family with teenage daughters who took an evening boat tour with Captain Don to experience the Bioluminescence in the Banana River area. It was amazing! So peaceful, Captain Don's experience and knowledge was both reassuring and interesting and ensured we found the bioluminescence and a few animals! The boat is brilliant - a proper boat - so we could travel quite far up the river and tributaries. (We didn't fancy kayaking in the dark with our daughters) It's one of our top memories of visiting Florida - thank you Captain Don - 5/5 !

Great Communication! - Communication was excellent! There was impending weather in the area and they stayed in touch with us early so that we could make early changes in our plans so as not to let the weather disrupt the day!

Sunset Cruise for 2 - Captain Jayne rocks! Awesome private sunset cruise for our 25th Wedding Anniversary celebration. We had trouble getting there and we're a few minutes late. Capt. Jayne was super helpful and patient. Definitely recommend!! Even snapped a dolphin in the clouds pic! Saw dolphins, blue heron that caught a juvenile ray, other birds and a beautiful sunset! Perfect! Thanks, Capt Jayne! Love that we had a New England connection!

Wonderful and relaxing cruise - Captain CJ and Jayne were great hosts and guides with vast knowledge and pride in the wildlife and estuary. Very comfortable Pontoon boat. Loved the Dolphins and dive-bombing pelicans. Beautiful weather added to a memorable and relaxing trip. We would gladly take another trip!

Pleasant Boat Tour - The boat tour itself was excellent and the captain was very informative. We saw manatees, blue herons, dolphins and a large alligator. The directions to the launching area need to be more specific such as adding there is a gas station across the street and you need to park in the park's lot then walk toward the boat launch area to the right to wait. There are no signs for the boat tour just for the park itself. There was no boat when we arrived and no one else waiting so we didn't know if we were in the right place. Also, it is listed as a 'sunset' tour but is from 5 to 7 pm and ends way before sunset.
