Our captain, Kurt, was so much fun to be with. He clearly knows the river and shared a great deal of his knowledge with the group.

We had a sunset cruise booked to depart at 7p. They texted us at 6:15 saying our time needed to pushed back due to the boat having a late take off. We were offered another cruise in place of that one. Whenever we arrived, there was a group of 12 on the ride we were supposed to be on, that they had to reschedule for us. This cruise was booked months in advance. When asking the captain why the time had to be pushed back, he was unsure and that he was not aware of that. We feel like we were pushed to the night one due to only having 3 in our group, and a bigger group was interested in our sunset cruise.

The trip was canceled the first night due to weather. We rescheduled. The second night the lightening was 27 miles away but they canceled again knowing we were leaving the next morning. They do not do a refund but only offer credit back. We do not have another trip to that area planned so we are out the entire cost of the trip. Before it was canceled the second time we informed the representative that we only had that night to go but they still canceled with the weather 27 miles away.
