A brilliant family experience! - We took the 10.30pm tour with Captain Mike and had a fabulous experience. He was very knowledgeable and engaging and we thoroughly enjoyed our time out on the river learning about the creatures and bioluminescence. We travelled to two different places to encounter the bioluminescence- first was under the road bridge where it was reslly dark and the algae showed up well . Having a glass bottomed boat was definitely a plus here. Our second location was a little further up the river where we used our nets to catch the comb jellies; there were so many of them! As a rather inexperienced kayaker I was a little nervous about keeping up with the group. I need not have worried. I was in a tandem kayak and also the pace was relaxed and I never felt left behind at any point. We would definitely recommend this experience and Captain Mike too - thank you! Note of warning- use bug spray!! The bugs were fierce. Bug lotion was provided for us all which was great; we would have been eaten alive otherwise!

enjoyed my trip - I changed my plans multiple times, and they aways responded promptly and were very accommodating-- very easy to deal with. The trip was nice -- couldn't see anything under the boat, but the bio appeared around the paddles, and they provided nets and gave suggestions on other ways to see the glow. Guides Ren and Noah were nice and knew what they were doing.

Bioluminescent Kayak Tour with Cocoa Kayaking - We booked a tandem and single kayak with Cocoa Kayaking out of Kiwanis Park. Orca and Jeff were very friendly, patient, enthusiastic, and informative. They provided bug lotion, took photos, and gave clear instructions for launching and returning. It was a very comfortable pace. Very relaxed and enjoyable. We and our young granddaughter had a great time! Recommend!
