We didn't even expect it to be so inspiring! our guide is the wonderful lady Shelly! she is the best) we saw and learned a lot of interesting and educational things, we liked absolutely everything, including the magical poems about the daffodil and the touching story about Beatrix Potter.. it was so sweet to remember the fairy tale about Peter Rabbit, the walk in the mountains was wonderful, we were lucky with the weather and we just gasped at such dazzling beauty.. thanks from Gordon and Natalia

Frank was a great guide... - Frank was a great guide and very knowledgeable. Was a nice trip seeing the highlights of the lake district with a nice small group. For people who want to see the quaint district town of Grasmere, some bodies of water, and the national park without planning a stay there or hiking.

Spectacular - Frank was a fantastic guide. He gave us clear instructions and was so full of knowledge. He kept us all entertained and took a lot of photos. The Lake District is stunning a must see for all. The day was spectacular!

Fabulous, Relaxing Lake District Tour - Truly wonderful and relaxing tour of the gorgeous Lake District! We took a family tour with Shelly, who was not only an excellent storyteller and knowledgeable tour guide, but a safe and talented driver. Shelly was so friendly and welcoming - we were lucky to have her on our trip. Our tour began with a stop at Rheged Discovery Centre, which was truly impressive! We adored our time there. Then we continued on to Castlerigg Stone Circle, which was breathtaking. From there, we stopped at Grasmere - for being such a small town, there is so much to see and do (be sure to grab some gingerbread)! Our tour hit a bit of a snag at that point - the road to Brae Tarn was inaccessible due to weather - so Shelly instead suggested we cruise across Lake Windermere. It was the best decision, as we really enjoyed the natural beauty and being on the water. We then finished with a walk through Bowness before a relaxing drive back to Liverpool. A wonderful day well spent - highly recommended. And many thanks to Shelly!

Beautiful place, beautiful day - Beautiful part of the country. The coach was quite comfortable. And our guide, Jerry (Gerry?) was great.

A must for anyone who wants to taste Lake District region - Highly recommend to anyone who is travelling solo and/or can't rent a car to go to all the places on the itinerary - that's a very good starting point with your adventure in Lake District area. The driver Mark is greater at his job, and will give you a decent bunch of facts and trivia about the region and people related to it.

Great experience 😃 - Lovely views, nice villages, good driver who took us on an off-road park and gave us the opportunity to walk for about 20-25 minutes. Mountain views are spectacular.

10/10 Lake District Experience - We had a really amazing time in the Lake District! Frank was a great tour guide, and there was a really good balance of things to see and do. Even the time spent on the bus was entertaining with music, audio-clips from relevant literary works, and information to listen to. We highly recommend to anyone who wishes to see the Lake District but is short on time.

Best trip to Lake District! - I have wanted to visit Lake District for the longest time, but i thought it would be near impossible to do so without a car. Until i found this amazing opportunity! I have been on a trip with a wonderful guide, Frank, that was super informative and most importantly fun! He made sure that everyone on this trip was comfortable and enjoyed their time. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone who loves nature, or gingerbread (if you go you'll find out why ;) )! Worth every penny! And a huge thank you to Frank and BusyBus for organizing such breathtaking trips!
