Quality food and drink! - I am from Liverpool so thought I knew the food and drink scene well but Gareth introduced me to some great new places. I took clients who loved the afternoon and wanted further details of the venues so they could return.
Overall it was a great afternoon, the food and drink was of high quality and Gareth really added to the experience. Even as a local I will be booking another tour with Gareth.

Wonderful food, history and culture tour! - My daughter and I really enjoyed this tour. I've been on food tours in Istanbul, Barcelona, Sevilla and London and this one was among the best of them in terms of enjoyment and food quality. Paul was an excellent host and guide. The tour was conducted at a relaxed pace with lots of Liverpool history and cultural facts mixed in. There was plenty of food, so be prepared for a lot of eating. We sampled a mix of different cuisines including Mexican, Indian, Italian and Iberian. All felt very authentic with the restaurant staff passionately telling us about their food. Highly recommended!

Excellent tour! - Enjoyable way to spend an afternoon learning some of the history of Liverpool while enjoying great food and drink from some interesting venues.

Outstanding afternoon tour - My friends had booked this tour as a surprise for my 60th birthday .
What an amazing afternoon we had , Gareth our guide met us in Castle St and we started our tour , five fabulous venues. 👌
The hospitality shown to us was outstanding, food and drinks delicious 😋. Staff explained about the wine and food they provided.
Timing was just perfect we enjoyed the ambience of each venue without feeling rushed.
Gareth was so friendly, and very professional , talking about the history of Liverpool along the way 👏. Even a scouser of 60 years can learn something new !!! Ha 😄
I was delighted with this original idea as a surprise gift , and would do it again in a heartbeat with friends and family as a regular get together.
Thanks again Gareth for a wonderful afternoon.

Lyn's 60th birthday - Wasnt sure what to expect but this tour far exceeded my expevtations. Fabulous memorable day. From the very beginning Gareth mafe us all feel very welcome snd handled 8 women very well. The venues were perfect and the food and drink was just right for what we wanted, could not fault any of it. We weren’t rushed at all and the staff at all of the restaurants and bars made us all feel so special. Learned very interesting facts about each venue and parts of Liverpool.
, I would highly recommend this day as a gift for somebody or just to have a memorable day with friends. I would very only do this tour again.

Liverpool history tour - Paul was very knowledgeable and had a very easy way about him. We learned a load of things that we didn't previously know about Liverpool and he was careful to make sure that nobody was left behind during the tour.
There were plenty of tips about places to eat and drink and the meal afterwards, at Gran Cafe, was very enjoyable.
The only slight comment is that the meal format could have been better explained.

Some special places to eat in Liverpool - What a wonderful experience. It’s not just the tour guide Gareth who was amazing but all the staff in the different venues equally add to the enjoyment of the tour. Food was delicious and plentiful. I highly recommend booking with a group of your favourite friends to spend a very special and sociable afternoon.

Birthday food tour in Liverpool - Our tour of Liverpool was in Liverpool with Gareth for our son’s 18th & 27th birthdays. We had a great time trying lots of different foods and drinks that we wouldn’t normally of tried and told the history of Liverpool. We had fresh baked pastries from Rough Hand Made…. Delicious. Tea tasting which for coffee drinkers was lovely. Indian starters and a glass of beer in Bundobust. Delicious Italian food and coffee in Hey Farina. Desert at Lunya and a glass of sweet sherry.
100% recommend. A fabulous way to try different foods

Memorable fun food and drink tour - We went as a group for our friends 60th Birthday and had a fabulous memorable day. The venues were perfect and the food and drink was just right for what we wanted, could not fault any of it. Gareth our tour guide was exceptional and added to our day. We weren’t rushed at all and the staff at all of the restaurants and bars made us all feel so special , I would highly recommend this day as a gift for somebody or just to have a memorable day with friends. I would very only do this tour again.

Treat time - This food tour was amazing. We've already done the Chester food tour, which set a very high bench mark, and this tour did not disappoint.
The guide was friendly, knowledgeable and funny. The venues were all independent eateries and scrummily gorgeous. The food and drink were plentiful.
It was brilliant.
Gareth honoured our tickets, booked preCovid, which he didn't have to do, so thank you.
Definitely not to be missed.
