Come aboard our globally renowned Mersey Ferry for a River Explorer Cruise. Enjoy close to a hour of relaxation as you take in the vistas and landmarks of riverside that have made Liverpool famous.
Our knowledgeable recorded commentary will make you feel welcomed as you explore the elements that add to the vibrance of our city region today. Adding the cruise to your Liverpool visit agenda is a ‘must’.
You can use your ticket at any time during the day for which you have booked. The cruises set sail every hour on the hour from Liverpool Pier Head Gerry Marsden Terminal (please ensure to arrive at least 20mins before departure to redeem your voucher)
Multilingual translation sheets can be requested at the ferry terminal.

- Coffee shop & restrooms can be found on-board the ferry
- Voucher is valid for anytime on day of travel - The Cruise departs on the hour every hour from Liverpool Pier Head. Just arrive at least 25 minutes beforehand to redeem your voucher as the ferry leaves on the hour. Please check Mersey Ferries website for up to date departures and notices.

Ferry across the Mersy - Excellent cruise of the River Mersey, weather was good and plenty of ship traffic to photograph.
Plenty of photographs of stunning buildings to take along Merseyside.

Absolutely loved the trip... - Absolutely loved the trip across the Mersey. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the city, staff were helpful and polite and the information about surrounding landmarks was very interesting

Magical - We booked the crossing for us to be able to scatter my late Mum's ashes. It was a beautiful sunny (but cold!) morning and the whole experience was magical. We advised the staff when we boarded about the scattering, and about halfway through the journey they slow the boat right down and direct you to an area of the rear of the boat where we were able to scatter the ashes into the river. We then returned to the indoor area of boat to enjoy the remainder of the cruise. Thank you to everyone involved for helping us to make this happen

"Oh Ferry cross the Mersey, cause this is the land I love, and here I'll stay ..." - Really enjoyed tha "dazzle ship" tour. Best views of Liverpool and Wirral. The ferry tour also filled me in with the fascinating history of a former GREAT CITY of the Empire

Mersey River is a must! - Enjoyable ride on the Mersey. Unfortunately, my husband & I couldn't hear most of what was said over the loud speakers. While you can't control the weather, it was cold & windy!
